Wishing i could give them zero stars right now. This company clearly has terrible scheduling services. I would not recommend them at all after my terrible experience with them. The red flags were there, and i choose to look past it. I had scheduled my final set for my wedding and i was looking forward to a relaxing visit after a stressful planning week and they did everything but that. The techs and receptionists couldn’t care less that this was important to me even though i communicated it when i set the appointments up and confirmed the appointment.
UPDATE
I have visited the downer location in the past numerous times. Yet again another sign that they can’t manage their schedule system appropriately.
I never expressed any dissatisfaction because I was more than willing to work and trust their scheduling procedures and I 100% put all of my trust in them to do my wedding set. Even after communicating that the services were for my WEDDING and what I wanted they still couldn’t schedule my appointment correctly.
I honestly cant believe they have the audacity to say they offered the best solution. I never said anything rude or disrespectful to them. Due to their inability to schedule appropriately, they left me looking LAST MINUTE for someone that I could trust to do my wedding set on a BUSY holiday weekend.
After communicating numerous times what the appointment was for, I don’t understand how anyone would stay calm in that situation. So what if my voice was raised and very stern, who wouldn’t be upset?!?! Especially with the terrible solutions they offered.
Don’t get your nails done here. They don’t care, they can’t own up to their mistakes, or offer appropriate solutions.

I felt very rushed in picking out the (imo limited) colors for my manicure and pedicure, even being told I'd only have time for a polish change (even though I had pre-paid several days in advance when I scheduled my 5:15 appointment). I've gone to Nail Bar several times in past few years but color selection seems to be very limited and not really as up to date as some other salons. Once I finally settled in on No Chip color for manicure they then couldn't find it so I then had to pick an even different color. It already feels like an older polish and has a tacky feel to it. I also know from previous manicures there I didn't receive a full treatment (no soak, no massage, ect) even though I was charged/pre-paid for one.
I will be chosing a different nail salon going forward.

I came in because I had a new nail and shape done just the day before from a salon in Chicago that just wasn’t working for me. I went to several nail salons in MKE looking for help. The owner at Nail Bar came up to me and helped me out with great advice for next time and let me borrow a special file to tide me over until next time so I didn’t have to spend even more money to fix my issues. Thank you so much Nail Bar! I will definitely be coming back for my next set ❤️??

Me and my boyfriend made an appointment to get classic pedicures which to my confusion was what I thought was a regular pedicure. When we arrived it must’ve been a burden that I had gel on my toes because a girl stated “oh I’m not doing her” out loud which was very rude to me so another nail tech came and removed the gel and did my pedicure. Very awkward and rude situation to be in. Another guest made eye contact with me and started shaking her head so I knew it wasn’t just us. There was no effort put into the pedicure also. Wouldn’t recommend.

The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced.
Rude stuff.
Book you an appointment when they don’t even have nail tech available.
Horrible place with no respect to there clients! If you care about your self and your money please don’t waste it there! They don’t deserve it!

After I received a very bad experience in this place, I woke up today and saw that they're charging my credit card without any reason or notice for service i didn't get done. Called them to check about those charges and the receptionist hang up the phone on me!!!! So I reached out the owner Tyan Soo and guess what? After a hard conversation with her blaming me she don't want to cancel those transactions because I left her a review to warren other people from her salon behavior. At the end she thread me to delete the review so she can get me a refund of the money she stole from me and also hang up the phone on me, I guess this is how they work, charging clients for nothing and give a very bad customer service on the phone!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

I needed desperately to get my feet sandal ready and didn't have a current salon, so after reading Yelp reviews, I decided to try Nail Bar. I booked a basic pedi and since I had an upcoming business trip, I decided to try a set of nails for the first time. I was able to get an appointment on relatively short notice - note: a full deposit is required on major services. I struggled to find street parking, since it was right around 5, but I was able to park in the ramp right down the block. When I entered it was a little busy and the front desk seemed a little discombobulated. I was directed to the bench seats by the foot soaks and waited for someone to come. I had not had time to choose colors yet. After a few moments, the desk person finally told my technician I was waiting. Myesha did my services and she was great. She had a good touch on the pedicure and was quick. She made sure I got samples to choose colors and then made sure I got the right formula for each. We moved on to the nails. I was a first-timer, so she answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Ultimately, I am very happy with my experience and services. I look forward to going back for a fill and polish change on my nails. Services seem in line with most other reasonable salons. I think I found a new regular place. Alas, there was no wine on offer though.

I've gone to Maria at Nailbar for the past almost 5 years, routinely every 3-4 weeks and she is the absolute best! I am very particular when it comes to getting services and she is equally as particular about her craft as I am. She always listens to what I'm hoping for with my nails and goes above and beyond with every detail. All of my nails are filed and shaped to look exactly the same, her polish application and nail art is impeccable, and she really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Also, she pays attention to the health of my natural nails and makes recommendations based on what will keep them their healthiest. Not only that, but she has now become a true friend to me and I look forward to seeing her every time I go in. She's a gem and so talented! I also love the music and vibes there! And the sanitary conditions, I love that each person gets new nail files and the tools come out of a surgical pack and a new one is opened for each person as well.

If you are a mom with a busy schedule, don’t come here. I got a no chip pedicure that lasted one day. Color came off two toes. I called and requested to speak with a manager. I was told I’d get a call that night but never did. Like many, a pedicure is a treat, especially when you’re a mom. I’m so sad and disappointed. They will not be receiving my business again.

Got a dip manicure and classic pedi last week and I wasn't really happy with them. The polish wasn't applied evenly on my toes, there are streaks/uneven color distribution and both services were rushed. The dip nails turned out better than the toes atleast, only after they had to redo a couple nails. My friend was also with me and she didn't like hers, her dip nails were bulges. Don't recommend.
Edit: I have a hangnail on my pinky toe now.

**Update**
I returned to nail bar for another pedicure. Much better results. Amy did an excellent job. Atmosphere and aesthetic were still on par and service was excellent. I would also like to point out that they offered me a free pedicure after my last visit and honored their promise. I truly appreciate hood customer service above all else.
Cute concept. Loved the atmosphere, and the nail yech was really nice. But after I got home and really took a close look at my pedicure, it was mediocre at best. I would probably give them another chance to change my mind, though.

This was my 3rd time at nail bar and I was semi pleased with my previous services. However, this last manicure was painful. The tech was super sweet and disclosed when she cut me with the nippers so it wasn’t a surprise but I ended up walking away with four of my cuticles cut into. The cuts were deep enough to scab and are still painful. The drill bit also cut deeper into one and made it worse (pictured).
