I saw how my sister was treated who has been going to this place since she was 17 and now that she is 35 being treated like a dirty Kotex because business has picked up and short employees! That’s every business excuse nowadays.

If there was a 0 rating this would be perfect. Better yet you want to be treated like shit or money thrown in the garbage this is the place you would love to visit!! Appointment scheduled for whatever time you will not been seen at that time scheduled for maybe 1 hour or 2 hours later but let you be late just 10 seconds late SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES WILL BE SURE TO ADD THAT $35 late with no regrets or apology but you don't get $35 off when you sitting there waiting to be serviced and no you can't reschedule because than SHAYLEEN RIVERA MOEALES COMES with her famous ass lie o I'm sorry me booked out for the next 3 months and will call you when book open up and believe you'll never receive a call but a text saying you were rude and she is refusing to service you!! Text from NAIL ART GALLERY OWNER SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES at 11:00pm at night: "Thank you for your interest in my services and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but Unfortunately, I don't believe Nail art Gallery salon is the right fit for you after all these years of services I can't accommodate your reoccurring nail services needed every two - three weeks I'm just too busy and have other paying valuable clients as well, I am not able to honor and will not honor your future appointments. Hope you have luck with someone else." SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES now I been going to this place way before it was called a salon when is was just a shop SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES was renting hoping she became the owner one day or before the traffic tremendously picked up so she could own it! I have seen a lot with this place of business all the receptionist she done went through all the nail techs she done went through including the students us taxpayers put through her nail tech classes/ school etc I have been through enough accepted a lot paid a lot and patiently waited until Covid-19 was over still no answer no returned call to get an appointment scheduled/set!! I still kept the loyalty and patience hoping I will be scheduled I work up the street from this place so decided to stop to see if the business was no longer standing or what was going on for me not to be answered or scheduled, stopped in just to be told I SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES is not scheduling appointments until MARCH of 2024 in we were in the month of July 2023 which was a bald face lie, received the text above 9/26/2023 3-4 months later of waiting to be scheduled after being told my number and information was lost not in her system but I been coming to get my nails done since 2008 and SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES ain't never booked no more than 3 months out or lost information. SHAYLEEN RIVERA MORALES should've been woman and professional to say my services or money was not good enough for her or her salon at lease it would've been honest and all would've been understandable!! it is what it is and ain't what it ain't! Lesson learned you cannot expect people nor businesses to put in the same amount of energy respect loyalty and time as you do and receive the same in return just a stab in the back, America just AINT America no more.

Shayleen is an amazing nail technician, and one of the most compassionate kind-hearted people I have ever met. She loves what she does and it shows. I have been to several nail salons in my years of getting my nails done and I have never found a place that could compare to Nail Art Gallery, Shayleen is an expert, no other way to say it. Thank you for always being so reliable and consistent.
