I called for assistance with the MyEyeDr. location in Sandy Springs, GA and received the best customer service ever. The ladies at the Mayfair location are amazing. Shout out to Maureen and the site manager.

Today was my first time atMyEyeDr. Everyone was helpful. It was a team effort. If any team member noticed a customer they asked if you needed help. That was such a nice experience.

The whole staff is the best of the best. The Milwaukee Grange location is awesome. Emma the EC took care of my order and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again to Dr.Steve, Sue at the front desk and Jackie the tech for the excellent service and care. It was a pleasure to meet Kevin the EC as well.

I am really taken back by the customer service I received at the South 27th Street location. Kevin specifically along with other staff helped me through a problem I was having. Instead of giving me the basic response or solution, they really dug deep and brainstormed to give me the best solution that benefited me. Kevin is awesome! The staff there is great and I'm very thankful that I chose this eye doctor and company over the many others that are out there.

I am very disappointed in my most recent visit with Grange Vision (myeyedr). I have been a customer along with my small child for years, but ever since being purchased out by myeyedr there seems to be a change in the vibe of the place. I came back after 6 months of using the wrong prescription and was offered very rude customer service by the woman who takes care of purchasing. Dr. Mike told me my recent prescription was wrong and that my right eye lens was actually supposed to be my prescription from last year. I have been getting horrible migraines and unable to see out of my right eye for 6 months! I called about a month after getting my prescription but they could not fit me in so I decided to just push through the pain thinking I was just wrong. I tried all I could to get through it, thinking I must be out of my mind (also I am a bit stubborn and have never had a wrong prescription for my eyes before). I finally was able to make an appointment when the scheduling system double booked me so I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get in to see the eye doctor. My prescription was reverted back to my old prescription after I spent over $1000 on my glasses with this wrong prescription. I was then told I needed to spend another $420 to replace my lenses with the right prescription. They said that my prescription just changed - not that it was a mistake, and made it seem like I was trying to con them or something. Funny how my prescription changed BACK to what it was before my last visit - if it was not a mistake why did my right eye prescription not become a DIFFERENT number? That is not a change, that is a mistake. I was not expecting free lenses by any means, but a discount for a loyal customer of several years to fix a prescription call that was incorrect would be more than appropriate. I just paid for my exam, took my prescription and found another option for my new lenses. I will not be going back. It is a shame. I am very saddened by how I was treated by the saleswoman. She was very rude and made me feel like a bag of dirt.

Got here early for my appointment and was treated to 20 minutes of 3 employees complaining and talking bleep about their company and co-workers. When I couldn't take it any more, I told the clerk at the desk I wanted to complain about them she looked at me knowingly and said "Those are the big-wigs. You can go over and let them know." Ha. So I did just that. What a horribly run business.

They’re rude and they staff needs to be trained better.Ill be told one thing from a receptionist and then a few days later have to call back because the info I was given was inaccurate. Soooooooo I wouldn’t recommend this eye doctor. Please go to vision works on Morgan avenue. MUCH friendlier staff and better, faster service.

While Dr Mike is wonderful, I do not appreciate not being told in advance that the retina test is Not covered by my Medicare insurance. They know it and should have asked or told me beforehand.
