Terrible experience with this company. Package never delivered. Someone's system changed destination town despite correct town and zip code I had entered. I spoke with customer service and they couldn't/wouldn't hear me that I had entered the name of the town correctly and it was a mess up with someone else's system's end. Rep kept insisting that I had written in the wrong town which is absolutely not the case. The "offer" was that they would resend and charge the shipping fees again or refund product less the shipping fees. I have sent too-many-to-count packages from Amazon over the years to this address and have never had any issues. I would advise avoiding this company. They use some random carrier/processor named "Shippo." I have no comment as to toys since they were never delivered.

Most incredible toy shopping experience ever. This is a place that designs, manufacturers the most incredible and awesome toys for children (and adults!)
