I made a phone appt came in and was told they didn’t have me on the books. Came back next day and was up charged for a full synthetic oil change and was told they don’t need to rotate tires due to me having AWD.
So Untrue!!!! !!!
Bottom line I left paying over $110 no tire rotate and could have gotten cheaper and better service at the dealer.
I felt all Monro wanted to do was up charge and do little work.

I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation & filter. I made a 5pm appt for which I was 45 mins early for yet was still late getting in. Afterwards, they told me I had to pay the taxes because Groupon doesn't charge taxes & that the taxes HAVE TO BE PAID WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD AS THE GROUPON PURCHASE, NO CASH! Well I paid with PayPal & I'm not putting $7 on a credit card. Fast forward to the next day, I'm headed to Chicago when I notice my oil notification on the dash had not been reset after the oil change & there was no tire rotation. When I called about that, I was told the tires were evenly worn & they JUSforgot yo reset the oil level but I could bring it back & they would do the reset. We'll, I was already on the road. How can you forget the reset when you do these all day everyday.

Disappointing after taking my car to this location for at least 12 years, probably more. I had a trusted the work and individuals. No longer. Unnecessary work was done and had more noises (issues) with my car when they were done, I brought the car back to fix the issues....1 was fixed, the other, they said they could not find anything wrong. After that I took it to another shop, they found the bolts holding in one of the parts Monroe had just replaced were loose...2nd noise was then resolved when the other shop tightened the bolts Monroe left loose.

Sharing this review to get attention to this issue-I called asking if they could press a wheel bearing into my rear steering knuckle on my ford explorer. I was told by a man that yes, they could. But they wouldn't let me use my steering knuckle. I'd have to buy a new one from them.Reusing a knuckle is a way to save money. And it's a common thing to do. So, either this guy didn't know what he was talking about or they assume everyone can afford to replace a knuckle every time they replace a wheel bearing which is crazy and unnecessary.

I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24.Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise.This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future.
