If there was a way to give 0 stars I would ordered a engine in Dec I think and was told late June early July we are now into Aug and still no engine never get updates I have to call to get any info then get a email from a gentleman named Jeremy basically giving excuses and he would be updating on progress only progress updates I get are excuses if I ran my service department they way they do I would have been fired I usually don't write these type of emails because I am in the service industry but enough is enough.

I placed an order for a set of heads on August 24, 2022. I was told that my order would take 12 weeks.Twelve weeks came and went, still no update from MOFOCO. I emailed them on November 12, 2022. Two days later I receive a reply from Paul stating that my order would not be ready for another 3-4 weeks.I emailed them on December 11, 2022, no response. Emailed again December 13, 2022, to which Roy responded 2-days later stating that there were 6 sets ahead of mine. The new completion date was the 2nd week of January. I spoke to Paul on December 22, 2022 with an apology (empty) and assurance that my order would be shipped in January.Well guess what, they are consistently inconsistent . To date, there have been no updates and it’s been almost 5 months since I placed my order.For those needing parts for your vehicle, do your homework, read the reviews below and consider not ordering from MOFOCO. Paul and Roy Henning are not truthful.

So I orders heads understanding that it takes time to build them but have no update or invoice yet, plus my other order of parts is in limbo due to supposed back stock on EMPI pushrod tubes, that were supposed to restock and ship in 7 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. Have started refund process with PayPal on both orders. This is my daily driver and can’t wait anymore, ordered from cb performance.

I ordered a rebuilt transmission from mofokers,and the first time I drove it the 4 gear would kick out,then I realized that where the axle connects to the transmission that was loose compared to the other side ,and on my third time going on a trip one hourtoo my destination third gear goes out.it took 3 months to get the transmission ,when I called about making good on it they had an attitude,and real smartelic ,their tuff on the phone.i could send it back ,but the hassle is to much,this company is like our government they don't care their just here to rip us of ,you get what you deserve if you don't listen to what I'm saying.

For the love of god, don’t chance it with these thieves.Wish there was a negative star rating because they definitely deserve every bit.Ordered a suspension beam with a lead time of a month or two. 1 YEAR later and I have no beam. Nothing but avoidance of email and a runaround promising a refund when I call.$600.00 is a lot of money to me, and I’ve never been screwed by a company or service so bad in my life!!!!

(Update) - changed to 1 star - It took them 4 years to rebuttal with an excuse to my review.——————————————(4 years before April 5, 2022) Currently going on 17 days to have a flywheel I ordered on my door step from MOFOCO.I do wish that they would be more informative to the customer about how long it is expected to take.Some people are looking for parts sooner than later and with ZERO effort to communicare on their part myself as the customer gets stuck with a lingering feeling of what is gong on.2 stars, I am unhappy with my experience.Read their BBB reports.

All I can say is HUH?Started with engine order , not being VW guy I didn't know type 1 from 3. Took them a year but they built a type 1... Well come to find out I had a type 3. Took them another 2 months and they charged to fix there assumption. We called all the time to check status, they never called back. Finally get it and we get a call, they never billed stuff out, and we owed even more??? Now I have it installed and not even 10 miles on it and the distributor failed. Their comment was "Didn't you see the warranty sign? There isn't a warranty!" Poor service, Poor customer relations before, during and after the work.

Don't promise goods will be here in 4-6 weeks then use excuses about covid, parents in the hospital, and there are 20 ahead of you, all after 6 weeks. Contacting a lawyer!

I suggest that if you need parts this century you should avoid mofoco. there is customers waiting upto 6 months currently and still no sign of their items being delivered. there is zero communication on the constant delays. i personally ordered my heads on the 15th april, i ended up putting in a paypal claim for a refund, finally got a reply from roy saying 2-3 weeks heads would be shipped, apparently their machine broke down before i ordered and they didnt tell me before i paid, its now been over 3 weeks and no more contact and no sign of heads shipping. i have now been blocked on their facebook page and have been forced to contact my bank to attempt to get a refund as they clearly have no common decency.

It's been months since I ordered, never received my item, no answer, no status when I would receive it.Very unprofessional customer service.I suggest if you need any parts look elsewhere,unless want your time and money to be waisted.

We ordered a transmission from MOFOCO for a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle. We were very impressed by how quickly we received the transmission. We were also impressed with the quality of work that was performed on the transmission. these guys are a joke sold us a transmission that was claimed to be rebuilt looked like some garbage they just spray painted bellhousing had massive damage and was not even the right one after hearing paul swear at my service adviser enough was enough sent that junk back and now they wanna short change my refund bank is now involved roy and they have all the email pictures and every phone call which everything is recorded just like you swearing at me as well beware of these fools

I was told 3 - 5 weeks before my part would ship, I began calling after 6 and was told it would ship out next week 4 times over the course of a month and a half, on 2 occasions they took my number down saying i could expect a call back and i never heard back either time. All emails and messages went unanswered. After 3 months I was forced to get a refund through paypal. From what i have heard they do good work but i wouldn't risk it unless you have a ton of time to spare and don"t mind being lied to.
