An observation would be that most of the time the vacuum cleaners at the car wash on 20 and 43 do not all work ?

Car wash was horrible. Half the car is still wet. Seems like it didn’t dry, the dust collected in the doors seems like it was just smudged around. The vacuums are horrible! 3 out of how many are here work?? Horrible….

I was very annoyed with mister car wash. I pay a monthly fee of 35 dollars for unlimited car wash and free vacuum. I have gone to location on 43rd Lincoln at least 3x times in one week and it was closed due to faulty equipment. Now it is closed until april6th .I was told to go to another one there location on 20 th Oklahoma. And the vacuum wasn't working and the manager ? had the audacity to say well the vacuum is free so it's not like u loosing any money. I told him ,that was not the point. It's an inconvenience when I have to leave one location because of it being closed then came to another and vacuum isn't working. I just canceled my membership. I told him I woul take my business some where else.
