Tim was incredibly helpful in solving my PC problems. My PC would not turn on and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in no time. I'll be going back here for computer items in the future.

Manager has Clutter issues, but great to have a computer store in the neighborhood! He makes it work, friendly service, and most likely they have what you need. Not thrilled about some young people smoking weed in front of the store, so I went around the block on my e-bike, they commented on how cool my fat tires are.

Their hardware prices are ridiculously bloated, can’t speak on the repairs and diagnostics however.

Nice people and good knowledge. Just obviously pretty overpriced, cases/other items were $30-$40 more than at micro center or other stores. Wanted $50 and 3 days to flash a bios (which takes about 3 minutes btw) I’m all for supporting small local business, but there has to be a trade off. Pay more for a convenience or something like that. But there’s nothing convenient about paying $50 and waiting 3 days for something that takes 3 minutes. Ordered a cpu off of Amazon got it delivered in 1 day and returned it. Easier, faster, and cheaper.

I called Milwaukee PC because my external SSD was not displaying in the disk management application or the Windows file explorer. Tim picked up, I tried his solution, and it worked! Thank you Tim and Milwaukee PC!

I went in with my daughter because we are building her first PC and the owner gave very much attention and information also his coworker the young lady was also very knowledgeable and very helpful with information as well i plan on shopping here as we build
