don't use them !! they owner is rude and unprofessional. he treats people bad. i had a move with him he yelled at me. they broke my furniture & he refused to reimburse me. he didn't value my time and showed up very late. the workers even tild me he barely pays them on time and collects all their tips forhimself.

We hired for snow removal - they were always the last company to show up in our neighborhood after the snow was driven or walked over. They would leave areas unshoveled.They never initiated communication (except the time I didnt pay for a few hours after the service). They no-showed the last two snows. The second to last was 50/50 if we needed service but the last snow, I reached out to see if they were coming and they did not respond.

MKE Movers did an amazing job with my long distance move. They packed the truck so well not one thing broke! They were also super fast and really nice. Highly recommend.

JT & His crew moved us on 6-30-2022. It was a whole house full of furniture. No one complained about anything. It took a full day. They were professional & polite throughout the whole process. Enough for us to book them again on 7-8-2022, the following week to clean out the garage & some items in the basement. They work hard & take care of your property. I would hire them again in a minute.

Our moving crew got our job done very efficiently and quicker than expected considering all of the stair cases they had to go down and climb up regardless of the unbearably hot temperatures outside. Special thank you to Cody, Jarvis and Noah! Definitely was not an easy job!

I had a last minute move in august 2021 and called this company. A very nice lady called and scheduled it. Everything went downhill after that. The movers were over an hour late because they didn't realize they had a move ( they usually don't works Sunday's and this was not communicated to me). The movers made multiple marks in my new apartment, broke my bed frame, and broke my tv stand (and almost broke the tv). I could have forgiven this if they compensated me for my bed frame. They did not. They tried to fix the bed frame, which lasted about a week before starting to break. The owner of the company tried to find me a new bed frame, however after i asked to be compensated instead since he couldn't find one that matched my furniture, he never contacted me again. If you have furniture that is small, hard to break, yes hire them. Otherwise stay away

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!' A moving company that CARES!!!!! Ran into a very sticky situation with a last minute move (a family member)- I called several companies who only cared about profiting from my family members last minute urgency....until I called Mr Grady. May God Bless him, his family and his crew. His entire team was WONDERFUL I can't express enough how fantastic he made the unfortunate situation. Mr Grady genuinely cares about his customers he was right there with his truck and crew 3 days in a row helping pack and move a house into storage. The cost was extremely reasonable. I can't express enough. IF YOU NEED A MOVING COMPANY CALL RIGHT NOW MOVERS!!!!!

Milwaukee Movers moved me this weekend, they were professional and very efficient, would call them again if I had too but I'm not planning on moving ever again, hopefully. Thanks again!

I can honestly say that their billing practices are VERY DECEITFUL. I was quoted one price and by the time I got my bill it was nearly double, and then when I checked my bank account and some more money was taken???

05/07/2020Absolutely awful. It took three guys over 12 hours to move a 3 bedroom duplex that was 1/3 moved already. The move wasn’t even completed and we had to finish the next day due to them wasting time by talking, taking selfies with my items and being on their phones. Damaged floors at both old house (that will come out of our security deposit) and new house and didn’t even reassemble everything due to us telling them not to because it was taking too long. We were even helping move stuff and putting stuff together to help! The best part is I was quoted $1300 when I booked them (which I thought was high) and at the end they stuck us with a surprise $3000 bill!!! That’s right.... THREE THOUSAND dollars!! To move a not even fully furnished three bedroom side by side 12 miles. They are allowed to just stand around a lot and move at their own casual pace apparently and you have to pay $$$$ for it. The one worker of the three was basically working alone and trying to carry the burden. At no time were we told of the surprise “overtime rate” either. I will say that the guys were very nice and personable but apparently that comes with a $3000 price tag. I was repeatedly apologized to by Jarvis and he said, “he didn’t know how he got stuck with D*** and Dumber.” We are absolutely disgusted and will continue to share our experience with others if this is not made right.* Edit to add.... we have recently been given a small $500 credit and nothing more. When I told Jeff that $500 is not nearly enough he basically said his hands were tied that that was all he could do. Do not ever trust this company with your belongings or your money. Such a shame that this is the way they treat their customers, especially when word of mouth is the biggest way to gain new customers.Service: Local moving
