Wonderful experience! They helped me get a bike for my 15-year-old after theirs was stolen. They showed me several choices and helped me understand the best size for my kid’s height. They found a lightweight bike for urban riding and did a full check and fix of the bike before I left. They have a year of free fixing after purchase! Thank you!

I didn't know what to expect. It was my first time visiting MBC.The volunteers, Dan, Nate, and Glen, were very helpful. They offered a welcoming vibe as I walked around.I was looking to see if there was anything that would catch my eye at the moment or if I found something I could use for any future projects.I was happy to have found some components I can use at a respectful price. I am planning on making another visit the next time I am in the area.

They don't answer their phone. You have to look at their website to see when they are open. Calendar on website said it was open Thursday night at 5:30. Just said "Kids Bike Volunteer Night." The next Thursday it says "CLOSED Kids Bike Volunteer Night." My friend took the bus from the east side and we walked over to the shop. They said they are not selling bikes tonight. Not gonna do that again. Even if it's for a good cause, you still need to have some decent customers service or people are not going to come anymore. If you won't answer the phone then at least put details on your website.

Another Milwaukee treasure found! Dynamic, friendly and bike savvy staff to support you in finding exactly what you may have been searching for. Out of hundreds of bikes, based on my needs, two women's bikes were shown to me - with honest assessment and one of them I purchased. Another gal while I was in shop was looking for a versatile bike - one was shown - and that was it! They even helped me putting on a clutzy bike carrier that I had. An awesome service! Thank you.
