Brought in a dog/puppy dumped at night in front of my house. I happened to be on my porch talking with a neighbor. The shelter staff was helpful, and now the cutie is up for adoption. She's been partly trained. Understands no, sit, stay; although she's a puppy and not house trained at all. My friend and I called her honey pie. She stayed the night in a crate I got from a neighbors curb and stayed right by my side without a leash!! Definitely, a keeper for someone with time for training. She has lots of energy and loves to be loved. Sorry, this us more about the puppy than Madacc, but they are wonderful. I need to volunteer signup.

Everyone was extremely professional and full of people that love their jobs. I had an incredible experience looking to adopt a kitten. Christofer (i hope i spelled that right) loves his job and did an exceptional job showing me their animals and helping me out. I highly recommend this place!

I Love How Easy It Was To Set Up My 3 Fur Babies For The Annual Vaccines. Just Go Online Put A Request In, Other Places Don't Have That! Sometimes We Don't Have Time To Call Around Due To Always Being Busy! So Thank You For Making Life Just Alittle Easier. The Woman Who Gave Our Furbabies There Vaccine Was Very Nice & Treated Our Babies Like Her Own Kids! I Love It!‼️ I Hope They Continue To Do The Vaccine Very Easily Again, Best Believe I'll Be Back! ? Thank You!

I’m so disappointed on how I bring my cat back to get neutered and he is returned back to me sick with a (upper respiratory infection) and because I only had the time to call them on my next off day which was a week later. They can’t do nothing for me. They recommend me to schedule an appointment with vet is crazy to me. If I never bring my cat back to get neutered. My cat wouldn’t be sick. This place is a trap. Your animal is bounded to get sick just being in the building and that they have the medicine to help and Choose not to because it’s been a week. I get no acceptance when my cat coming back there is the reason why he’s sick. Plus my cat I purchased for $125 was not even out of the five day zone for someone to reclaim their pet. So I was told if someone come and reclaim my cat. I’ll have to return it and they will give my money back. That lets me know when they found people animals they are being adopted before the reclaim days that are required. Also some of the ladies there especially the ones at the Cashiers are super rude like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Never coming back. I’ll go to another place next time.

We went there to "look" at kittens. We came home with a sweet little brown tiger strip tabby. The staff was very nice and helpful.
We went back and got a second kitten about a month later. We had a great experience with the kitties and staff again.

I adopted my, Arte-short for his shelter name, Alric Arthur at M.A.D.A.C.C. 1 year 2 months ago. He is a good, wonderful cat kills spiders, insects loves to watch out the window loves to play, friendly, loving cat a good animal companion. The employees and volunteers at M.A.D.A.C.C. are great with animals they understand them. There is a free parking lot and side street parking. Wheel chair accessable entrance. They have for paid adoption dogs, cats, birds and rabbits. MADACC has free treats for cats. All cats and dogs are neutered or spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, licensed. The employees and volunteers do wonderful work with all animals some animals are abandoned, some are born on the streets, some animals their owners have died, working animals the companies are no longer in business where they were working. Many creatures- animals and birds are from many walks of life as humans are. Look at the photos they are friendly animals and birds taken out of their live trap cages they are worth their paid adoption fee they are all good animals. Pet turtles too. Safarivet.com states reptiles can be bathed and a thin coat of Olive Oil applied to their skin it kills mites. My feline cat has a mane from his neck to his tail it is rare in animals. I apply a few drops of olive oil in his ears and clean them with a paper towel and drop only olive oil in his eyes twice a month room temperature olive oil,it lubricates animals eyes and helps clear out dirt and dust his fur looks a little oily around his ears. He is a good cat to me and for me. Many beautiful creatures in our world some are waiting to be adopted. "Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it..." A quote from the book Song of Solomon 8:7 in the Holy Bible.

Brought my dog here two years ago because he got hit by a car. Before I went in they told me they could help only after two years I just find out they only do put downs. So they killed my dog and didn’t tell me.. before I could even go to hospital that would help!!!

We adopted two dogs several weeks apart. The staff was very helpful that the second one be compatible. They are, and love
to run and play together. Thank you, Madacc staff; these two
will have a long and happy life.

This shelter seriously needs a better system. I seen them deny several people wanting to see dogs because they had 5 people waiting. We were 2nd in line with a 2 hour estimate. Go elsewhere.
Update: We didn’t end up staying After an hour and a half. they actually bring the dogs to you one by one which was quite disappointing because we don’t know what we want. I’m not gonna sit there and have them go through them one by one… The lady said they didn’t do that because it’s too loud back there. Who cares?
