Nice-N-Clean is the BEST place for a car wash!I have 2 dogs that love a car ride but you would never know because there's not a single hair left behind after these guys are done with it.Weekdays are the best days to take your car. They'll have it looking brand new in an hour. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I had my car detailed here. It took 3 hours and cost nearly $300. When I returned to pick up my car, I had to spend 20 minutes pointing out obvious drips and marks on the outside of the car that were missed. Marks that can be easily removed with my fingernails remain. The cleaning on the inside was really lackluster. There is visible dust remaining on the steering wheel and dashboard. The owner/manager was not present when I returned so I had no choice but to pay the full amount so I could leave with my car. I would not recommend and I will not be returning. Very disappointed

Got a great exterior wash and dry on my SUV including the tires. There was an empty bay when I arrived so they started on it right away and finished quickly even though my chariot was super dirty. I will be back for sure.

"A brand new car" is what the Nice-N-Clean Team did to our 2014 VW GTI. They spent the time, put out the effort, and provided the results. Our car went from a dim black finish, dog hair infused seats & carpet, and worn interior, to a shiny finish, hairless seats & carpets, and polished interior. The Team was cordial and Demetrius, Owner, was open to questions, input, and providing answers. Highly recommend Nice-N-Clean on the Southeast corner of 11th Street and Lydia Street in East Austin. Make sure to walk the neighborhood and support all the businesses.

Dang it! I was going to write a review months ago, and it slipped my mind. I even wrote down the owner's and the two guy's names that worked on my car. Sorry, I lost the notes, gents! Well, better late than never, right? They were professional, efficient, and I literally passed them by yesterday and advised my friend to go there. She was thankful because she had thought about going there (she lives at the Windsor nearby - by the way, don't live at the Windsor, according to her, but I digress), so I tipped her into a "yes." PS - hope you enjoyed your breakfast taco from Paperboy, Mr. Owner Dude! I love your vibe!

It was wonderful! They did a quick job, about 45 minutes (I hung out at quickie pickle for the duration). And for what I paid they did a great job, they forgot to clean one part and they immediately fixed it and polished other parts. They definitely gave my car the facelift it needed!!!

I have been coming here for service for a few years now, and have always loved the amazing thorough clean they do, and have never had a problem. That said, yesterday when I went to collect my car after it was done I noticed an item in my car that was missing - when I asked them said they thought it was trash. They found it and gave it back to me but when I got home I noticed something else that was missing as well. I hate to give this place a bad rating because this is the first bad experience I have had, but having my property removed from my vehicle during cleaning was really disappointing and wanted to let others know to be careful of this. I hate to have to find a new service but not sure if I feel comfortable going back there.

Came in for a quick car wash. The guys were very friendly and explained what would be done in detail along with the price. The basic hand wash was perfect and was done within 30 minutes. I waited over at Quickie Pickie and got a snack, and the guy called me when the car was ready for pickup. Will definitely be coming back here next time I need a car wash!

Without a doubt the best car wash I've ever had. My car is absolutely spotless inside and out. Staff was so friendly and paid great attention to detail when washing my car. Not a single crevice was left unwashed!! My car is now the cleanest in every parking lot by a landslide. 10/10 would recommend!

Car was immaculate after the wash! the workers are very friendly and work incredibly hard in the heat. It gets busy on the weekends or the day after rain so expect to leave your car there sometimes or wait an hr - not bad when there is a shopping area you can wander down on 11th with restaurants, food trucks, and bars.
