GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT THE ARROGANCE.I HAD ISSUES WITH THAT BOGUS "MY METRO" APP / SITE SO I CAME INTO STORE. NADEAL ACTUALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING INSTEAD OF TELLING ME WHAT I CAME FOR.

Everything was great ..the customer service was excellent they went above and beyond to get my phone connected because there were some issues but they worked it out and I love my phone.
