I have been paying my bill and my phone goes off before service is over my my metro app won't let me access it hotspot don't work they took away the unlimited wifi from my area and I stay right around the corner calls drop poor service slow data so on and so forth I can keep going it's just terrible needs to step up there game

I have to share the awesome customer service given by a young man, named Obada at this location. My elderly friend was having a tough time getting his phone to work and this young man showed so much patience towards him. He went above and beyond what was required of him to resolve the issues we encountered. From helping to file the claim for a replacement twice, to activating the new phone, Obada remained calm and patient during the entire process. This young man was there to help each time we contacted him over a 7 day period. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and patience Obada, you are awesome!

Not very helpful at all, they have been giving me the run around while I'm trying to return two phones I purchased just a few days ago and get my money back. I'm glad I went with sprint.
