If you are looking for a business that is customer oriented, professional and is fairly priced, take your car to Metro Detailing. I personally found the owner’s son so wonderful. What a work ethic!! Checked us out and gave us all the instructions we needed. We will absolutely be back!!

Wow! Not only did they do a great job on the car, they also had amazing customer service. I can't think of a more welcoming and helpful business. The whole process was so smooth and satisfying. I cannot recommend this business enough.

The owner and workers are amazing and super friendly! My car window was smashed so I brought in my car and in less than 15 minutes I was leaving the shop with the glass out of my car and with a plastic window cover on.

I can’t thank Metro enough for their incredible service! After my car was broken into last night, I was in a tough spot with shattered glass everywhere. The team at Metro went above and beyond by cleaning out all the glass and even covering my broken window for free. Their service was not only fast but also of excellent quality. They truly turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend Metro Car Wash for their outstanding customer care and professionalism!

After a car window smashing spree on the city's East side, this business owner stepped up to provide temporary fixes to residents in need. Metro cleared shattered glass and taped up windows to prevent rain water damage and did it free of charge so people could continue getting to work. He didn't have to do that but he did and I respect it. I've never patronized this business but after what I read today in the news and from what I see here in the reviews, I plan to. Support small business - especially those who give back to their communities!!

Like many other reviewers, I was a victim of having my driver's window smashed. After panicking about what to do during the 2-day layover until it could be fixed, a fellow neighbor suggested Metro. In less than 15 minutes, they were incredibly kind to wrap the window and vacuum, even rinsing off my car mats that had glass dust all over. Free of charge. It's business's like this that make Milwaukee feel like a community. I will be back for detailing!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The own, Mazen, is wonderful, and helped tailor the detailing services to my needs and budget. The services had a quick turn-around and prices are better than anywhere else in downtown!
