A month ago I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Voyager with 56K miles. The purchasing aspect went great, our sales rep was very friendly and helpful. 10 days ago, I had a light and warning appear on my dashboard that the “Start/Stop unavailable. Service Stop/Start System.”
Called the dealership, was forwarded to several different lines - eventually ended up in the voicemail of somebody of the company. They must’ve passed the word along to our sales representative, I got a call back from him. He stated that their 30 day warranty only covers ENGINE repairs. Since my repair is most likely a battery issue, he probably can’t do anything but would look into it. He had me send him a picture of my dashboard with the message and dashboard symbol through text, I didn’t ever receive a response.
I’ve never heard of a reputable company refusing to fix something on a vehicle that was purchased LESS THAN 30 days ago. Pretty disappointed in this experience.

I highly recommend you meet and work with salesman Zach Haack. We purchased a new VW Taos. The experience at this dealership went so well A week after the purchase of the Taos we purchased a new Tiguan. Zach knows his product. Is easy to talk to. Very responsive to our questions. The negotiating at this dealership is not stressful. No pressure from the manager. They let theor salespeople do there job. Overall great experience. CONTACT ZACH you wont be disappointed.

I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from both Carmen and Christine during the process.
Carmen, the sales representative, did an excellent job assisting me with my purchase. She was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding me through every step and making sure I found the perfect vehicle that met all my needs. Her expertise and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
Christine, the finance manager, was also exceptional in her role. She thoroughly explained all my financing options, answered all my questions, and ensured that I was comfortable with every aspect of the financial process. Christine’s professionalism and attention to detail made a typically stressful part of the purchase seamless and straightforward.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from both Carmen and Christine. Their combined efforts made my car-buying experience truly excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Everything was excellent working with Todd Dekker. He helped me with a 2012 MB S550 that had a couple of issues missing brake sensors, needed new tires, and the Air suspension on the vehicle wasn’t working properly. My car was in good hands he gets right to the point that’s how I like it definitely recommend him for any work you need done on your vehicle. Thanks again Todd?

I am finally ready to share my story about this place. Several years ago when I was about 19/20 years old I bought a 2012 audi A5 from here. The MINUTE i drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. It took them a while to get the car ready before I drove off with it where I can imagine they were just clearing the codes to make the light temporarily go away. They did offer to pay to fix one issue but it did not last the check engine light came back on. They ended up “buying” the car back where I had to cover approx 3k in costs for them to take it back after already putting a couple thousand down on the car to begin with. I wish I had known better to file under the lemon law. It is sad that they saw a young girl and took advantage. Ladies beware buying from here

I was not hassled which is one of the main reasons I chose to purchase my luxury vehicle out of state. Flew in from TN to WI, test drove my SUV, fell in love, signed paperwork and drove back. Overall experience was nice but most of all efficient. Highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.Special shout out to Jake! Good guy who made the entire buying experience amazing to say the least.

Gary Okla was an absolute pleasure to work with. ZERO-pressure sales. Went out of his way to guide me through a few obscure questions with the help of the entire team. After the generous trade in value, there was no choice.
Kyle crushed it on finance, saving me a few dollars while baptizing me in the ways “American Motorcycle Music” (it was Friday after all.)
