I arrived around 2pm Monday and there were only 2 cars in front of me; I pre-registered so access was even smoother! Everyone was very friendly and upbeat! Drove right on through, test only took a few seconds and I was on my way. Was recommended this location by a co-worker for their superior organization and speedy results. 3 of my coworkers went on the same day last week and all of them got results the NEXT DAY! I highly recommend this location!Pro tip: you can pre-register for a test but you don't need a scheduled appointment. Once you register, just show up. It's that easy!

Got tested Monday and still haven’t received results. Was told 1-2 days. Called their hotline on Wednesday night and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and only said they hadn’t ran them yet. Probably lost my records or sample…

I was trying to get a flu vaccination for my partner. I called the Milwaukee Health Department (MHD) to ensure availability at this location. MHD insisted that this clinic wasn't serviced by them even though their website states 3 clinics as walk-in vaccination sites: Southside, Northwest, & Menomonee Valley. When I finally convinced her MHD ran three clinics, she then told me Menomonee Valley only provided drive-thru not walk-in services.So go to either the Southside or Northwest clinics if you are walking in. I wish they would correct their website. I had to leave a voicemail to get someone to give me the information I needed and even then had to correct the employee.
