The people that work there are extremely dam rude. I asked for a cup of water she said I had to wait I waited about 10 or 15 minutes and she said someone else has to give it to me. I offered to pay for the water if it was that serious.they all had an attitude even the guys that were on break acting like they wanted to fight me which would’ve been a bad idea for them. Service Is Horrible On 3rd Shift. You’ll Wait In Line For 15-20 Minutes Just To Nit Get Your Money Worth. If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would. 3rd Shift Between The Hours Of 9pm-2am Makes 1st Shift Look

Always fast and friendly. This is owned by Ricely restaurant group, unlike a lot of other McDonald's franchises in the area. Seems like they run much smoother than the Steren Owned locations.

Advertised on Google and the McD app that this location is open 24 hours.. ordered on the app at 415am, arrived in drive thru at 430am. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food since I already confirmed I was at the location on the app.. please update your hours to prevent any confusion.

I have never been so disrespected in life. Gentleman barely can speak English or even under my order took 6x and for me to ask to speak to another employee to get my order right! When he handed the employee the headset called me a Cabrona like I don’t understand Spanish. When does it become acceptable to call your customers curse words. I was told his name is Alvin and he was transferred because of his mouth already. Seems Mr Alvin shouldn’t have a job in customer service especially as a manger what a joke l!! I want to be contacted SUPER FURIOUS

Only went thru the drive thru n ordered a shake and mocha frappes with extra drizzle. They were just as good as Starbucks to me with a lower price!
