Was a referred loyal customer for years got much work done there. I stumbled across my receipt and noticed I had lifetime warranty with the shop. So I went in to get my break done. Not only did he not honor the warranty he insulted me . Saying my plates didn’t match my truck taking pictures of my Vin number. This place is a joke as long as your spending money everything is fine but the minute you try to you the warranty that they issue. It’s a problem! I always try to support small business but this make it hard too!

This business says they did repairs but down the line, they do not do it and charge for it, or do it poorly it breaks down then they charge you again. This has happened over and over again with myself,and family members as well as several neighbors. A friend of mine took his van in they drilled holes in the frame of his van and said they did it to get some bolts out. I took my car in for door handles. Several times. They not only broke few weeks later, but the driver's door didn't work when he fixed it and he said that's how he bought the part so I would have to use only passenger front door to open the car doors. Had a radiator put in and had no heat. He said that's just how it is. He is a crook. Took my car in for exhaust work. He cut off my catalytic converters and put in a straight pipe. Never said a word. Did the same to a neighbor. Neighbor didn't find out til he had to junk his vehicle. I found out when checking an oil leak under my car. The list goes on and on.He has said they replaced things on my daughter's van and it breaks down she takes it back he says she needs the part she just paid hundreds to fix. Then she shows receipt he still charges her labor again. This has happened over and over. Our entire family has gone here. Always trusted him until now.my car just broke down. I had a timing belt/water pump done short time ago. The guy said u need timing belt. I said just got it done. Took receipt in owner said nothing he can do. Told me he didn't know who he sent it out to then said no warranty. Then said that the guy came there then said 1 yr warrenty. Would not tell me who fixed it.we no longer will be going there.

I have used their services Alex was his name I believe many years ago and the service was excellent and also my car was great after... I paid $600 for the work.....now I'm in need of their services again for sum front end suspension services and idk if I should ask for them since they have a couple bad reviews since I've been idk ...Service: Wheel alignment
