I've shopped at College Book Stores throughout the country and the Marquette Spirit Shop is amazing. The Champion store they have is great. They have a mens and a women's section that defines where you need to go to shop for gifts for families that have attended Marquette University. They hire students that attend MU and their perspective on what's good for todays students is helpful and appreciated.

I am a Marquette alumni and I would not leave a review like this if I wasn't truly passionate about my opinion on how my order was dealt with and how the spirit shop handled the situation. For starters, it was around spring break so their excuse for not responding timely after the order was placed the first week of March, was that the student in the role was on spring break. Spring break this year was 3/12/2023-3/19/2023, so that was a lie. Second, the order I placed took WEEKS for their "vendor" to actually issue a tracking number. Third, the jerseys I purchased arrive approximately a month later. Fourth, there was a item missing-- ONLY ONE JERSEY was in the packaging when the order clearly was for a quantity of TWO. Now it will take another month for the vendor to issue a tracking and another two weeks from that date to receive the other one. I will never purchase from the spirit shop online again.

Always awesome experience to pick up quality made cool looking sports gear from my Alma mater. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, the merchandising is laid out well and there is something for everyone at a reasonable price. “We are Marquette!”

Awful. Ordered a basketball jersey for in-store pickup for my nephew. Usually, the point of in-store pickup is that it's ready right away. This one had to be shipped. Fine. It took forever and then the update was confusing as to what the status was. Made two attempts to contact MSS through their contact method online. Both attempts were completely ignored. Order could not be tracked. Email said I would receive an Your Order is Ready email when the order had arrived. It never came. Do not shop here.
