I reached out to Mario to complete a retractable banner I designed for my consulting business and he was able to fulfill my order days ahead of the expected time frame. Not only was my banner completed quickly, once received I noticed the banner I noticed the pigment was much vibrant than expected! ( I’m used to my designs showing up slightly less attractive with opposing companies.) Mario used quality materials, he didn’t go cheap surprisingly like other companies I’ve used in the past. I was over joyed to have a product that appeared to have been 3x the cost. I was also given care instructions as well. I will be returning for other products. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This man and his wife is soooo unprofessional!! You were paid up front for your services and the pure lack of communication at such a tough time in people's lives is unexceptable. My mom's memorial video was horrible! I gave clear instructions on what I wanted verbally and by text message. None of that was followed. I was told that I underpaid for "special inserts" in the 100 obituaries I ordered. I sent you your money within minutes. When I picked up the obituaries at 7am (the day of her funeral) to look over them, several of them were missing the sheets you charged me an extra $104 dollars for!! To add insult to injury, you didn't even say anything!! They were just mixed in with the other ones, probably hoping we wouldn't check them. I have no problem supporting Black Owned Businesses. I received a list with many vendors on it that I could have chosen to do the video and obituaries for my mom's s funeral and I went with you guys. For you to promise to repay me my money, then I literally have to reach out to you for weeks to resolve an issue that you clearly see was your fault, then have my text, calls, complaints, go unanswered for weeks now is just insane. I hope you guys really reflect on your business practices, and stop taking preying on people's vulnerability at such a difficult time in their lives and only charge people for stuff you know you can deliver!!! God will never bless you if you keep doing people like this!!!

The lack of empathy showed to my friend during a tragic time in her life is disheartening. My friend loss her only son!! Your in the business of dealing with people at a critical time in their life. To mishandle someone in the time of mourning is disgusting. The lack of communication speaks volumes about you sir.After several attempts to get footage (over two moths) You inform her you lost the Video!!! unbelievable!!! You were paid to capture the home-going of her son and you pull this!!! . Shame on you!! Not to mention you printed low budget obituaries after charging top dollar for quality ones. Someone loss isn't your advantage !!!

Mario came through literally at the last minute with bookmarks that I needed in less than 24 hours. Not only was the timing perfect but the quality of the work was amazing. He did exactly what I asked of him and he also showed different options. He was very patient and he was extremely knowledgeable about everything that I had questions about. He’s definitely gonna be my go to for now on. Thnx again ❤️❤️❤️

Mario did a phenomenal job with my parents’ 50th anniversary signage. This was a special and important event. Mario made sure that we had the best display for my parents. I had some business cards and brochures designed and printed by them and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they had everything designed and printed for me, they went as far as to call me after their normal hours to tweak a few things, They had them ready for me the next day. Amazing customer service, very professional and everything was perfect, definitely will continue using them for all of my printing needs in the future.

I really would have given this company 5 stars had they performed what we call in the professional setting recovery customer service. To make this short , I ordered obituaries for a funeral and 3 poster photos . I didn’t receive proof of my order until 4 hours before the funeral. I was only given an hour to fix any mistakes, and/or to make adjustments to the design. So, of course I opted to just focus on any grammatically incorrect statements or misspelled words. By the time the viewing started I had only received 50 of the 120 obituaries I ordered, and the posters I ordered were the wrong size, so I couldn’t put them in the frames I ordered, which was a HUGE disappointment! (I ordered 24x36 and received 20x30). I didn’t receive the rest of the obituaries until we were almost and hour into the funeral. To be fair, I still owed the company $265.00 for ordering the additional 20 obituaries, and also ordering extra pages. I didn’t receive a bill for these because due to them sending me the wrong size photos I was owed $140.00… and I guess the rest was for the inconvenience of not getting proof of the obituaries until 4 hours before the funeral (which is why the company was unable to print on time) and received all the items after the viewing/ funeral started. I reached out to this company the next day to discuss my experience and never received a call back. I tried texting their personal number they give their customers for after hours concerns, and only received their automated text message. I waited a few days and reached out again, still no return phone call. This left me with the impression that once they have your money, customer service stops their. It’s very telling that at such a stressful time such as losing a loved one this company chose to dismiss and ignore their customer. Nevertheless. the designer that did our obituaries did a great job with the time he or she had, assuming rhey were only given a day or 2 to complete the project by the owners. This company needs to work on “recovery” customer service. This experience made me not want to do business with them ever again.

do not deal with these people on any business! they have repeatedly botched our obituary for my god daughter and this chick got the nerve to blame us because they cannot get the job done right! trying to support black business and all we got was failure and attitude! 5 thumbs down! then when i originally posted my review on facebook the threatened my people even after they got paid!!! mario is cool its sherri who became rude and unprofessional as the mistakes had to keep being called out! will never be going back! when we went to finally pick up what was still the wrong order even another customer was down there frustrated with the mistakes being made with them! again mario was cool but he should retrain his help.
