Told me $230 the first time I went and 30 mins ended up waiting 2 hrs for them to tell me to come back the next day, window happened to break again a week later and they tried charging me $270 when I asked why the price increase he told me to argue with someone else… very unprofessional would highly recommend going somewhere else !

I was so excited that they had the glass I needed for my Audi, bad news it the tech did a poor job on the installation. He absolutely ruined a screw needed to adjust the window, and they didn't get the door put together well. I ended up having another shop redo the install. It was an expensive mistake for me choosing them, and I may still need to replace that part of the stripped screw together assembly doesn't hold. And they ask for payment upfront. I needed the fast fix but I am paying the price now I confirmed with Audi that there was no damage damage apart from the broken glass done by the thief, the fact the the tech stripped the adjustment assembly was clear, the response to this claim is not taking ownership. I was visiting out of town so there is no way to revisit the shop the tech also half told me he did a poor job when I was picking up my car I just didn't know that was what he was doing at the time.Service: Auto side window replacement

The work was fast and I think good, but I called yesterday, the girl on the phone said to come in early the next day. The shop opens at 7am, I got there at 7:30. The owner complained that I was in early, though the shop opens at 7am. Then when I went into the shop to go to the bathroom. The owner was complaining loudly about the girl at the front desk and how I got there too early. Not good to complain about your Customers and complain about an employee to another employee.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very efficient, scheduled an appointment online. Received acknowledgement of appointment for the next day within a few minutes. Showed up for appointment, greeted by amicable front desk person. Installation of a new windshield took less than 30 minutes! Very pleased with this outcome and highly recommend Lake Auto Glass to anyone!

I totally recommend this place! My rear passenger door glass was shattered by thieves last night, I immediately called Lake Auto Glass and they got me an appt. right away! Called my auto insurance company and they wanted me to go through Safelite but they couldn’t get me in for days, they also said they would only pay $311. Wasted an hour trying to get an immediate appt to no avail. I called my AMFAM adjuster and he approved Lake Auto to fix it for $366. We have to fight to go to the smaller businesses who have much better customer service! Thank you Lake Auto Glass!
