I was a bit hesitant scheduling an appointment after reading the reviews, but my experience was great. I walked in, checked in using the self check in and my blood was drawn. I was in and out in maybe six minutes top. The phlebotomist was great and everybody was very friendly. I wouldrecommend this place.

I don't know what happened to the people who are giving bad reviews. The lab tech was very kind and the sign in was straightforward on their tablets.
