Just spent 1.5 hrs of my time, 3 phone calls, and being lied to only to learn that when kohls sends me a product NOT AS ADVERTISED on their website it's my responsibility to pay shipping to return the item?! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOU THIEVES.

I'm only giving a one star because it won't post without choosing it. A debit card payment swiped twice in the store and cleared, not pending, from the checking account. Kohl's customer service is insisting it's only one that cleared and one pending that will fall off. I have two separate CLEARED charges with two different authorization codes from the bank. The customer service number reps just repeat whatever they view online and insist there's no accounting department that can view payments by authorization codes. I can do this with our online for our business credit card transactions. I asked for contact information for corporate and was given the website address with the same phone number I just had two conversations on.

False advertising. If you use Kohl's cash it voids any sale price on all items. U will pay full price for using an incentive for shopping with them. It states no where on anything that you do not get sale price even with coupon code if you use Kohl's cash. It's completely false advertising. It's absolutely wrong and misleading.

I have health issues and need help like a motorized cart but one employee laughed at me when I asked about it and another said Kohls just doesn't care. I don't think I will go back. Alot of the merchandise didn't have prices on them so it was hard. Not a good place to shop.

Used to live Kohl’s but now that they have decided to step into the political arena it turns out we are not politically aligned. Will NOT shop at kohls any longer. Lost my business. Sounds to me like kohls is ok with offending with their views so I hope you find my comments offensive as well.

We’ve been Kohl’s customers for many years. A late fee was shown on my newest statement because they received my payment (in full) 10 days late. (When I entered the pay by date in our auto Bill Pay, I inadvertently scheduled it to be received by the 20th instead of the 10th. I changed the date to the 10th as I had intended before.) I called their credit number and was told they could only credit $7.50 of the late fee, which was ½. I mentioned that we had been customers for many years and was he sure that’s all he could do. He said yes and I said please close our account. He happily said ok and told me that their policy is that they *never* re-open accounts. Kohl’s must be doing so well that they don’t mind throwing away good customers. Lots of other places to shop. (Recently the news said Kohl’s is in trouble and looking for a buyer.)

Should be 'zero' stars. My wife ordered 3 Christmas presents for my grandson in Arizona on the 1st of December 2019 to ensure a delivery to him before Christmas. Guess what ? Only 1 made it. Yesterday I inquired as to what happened to the other 2 packages. Their call center in India i believe, stated that 1 package was returned to Kohls ( we were never notified) The other is somewhere in shipping limbo land. Kohls nor the carrier had an explanation. The resolution is 1 package is being re-ordered and will arrive on the 26th, they were kind enough to to not charge me anything for a rush order ( day after Christmas from an order competed 25 days before). The second item was routed back to Kohls for some reason and we were not notified. The resolution for my grandsons item is cancelled order, no express shipping no restitution for the problem they caused us. So, the product was re-ordered (at a higher price) charged for 'standard' shipping and the last of his Christmas presents will arrive somewhere between the 30th of December 2019 and the 6th of January 2020. This is my new years resolution.... Kohls no more !

Desk lady operator was very rude and short with me before transferring me literally to a dead number. For all the big talk about how they treat customers they don't put their money where their mouth is.

I have been shopping with Kohl’s for many, many years. I have spent thousands of dollars with your company. I placed an order at 6:26pm last night for a quilt so I could use my Kohl’s cash before it expired. The order was confirmed on your mobile app and I waited patiently for an email saying my local Kohl’s received the order. I never received that email, so I checked on the order in my Kohl’s account before bed and it showed no order, but that my Kohl’s cash was no longer available. I just spent 34 minutes on the phone with two of your employees trying to figure out why my order was not sent to my local Kohl’s, but they said there was not an order. So I asked for them to place a new order, use my Kohl’s cash, and adjust the pricing from $59.99 back to $29.99 like it was on sale for yesterday. Your Supervisor Laura (ID 2056) said she could not adjust the price and that I would have to pay what the price is today. I explained I’ve been a MVC for many years and I spend thousands of dollars each year at Kohl’s. She said she still couldn’t adjust the price. I told her I would never shop at Kohl’s again and that I am so frustrated with your lack of customer service over only $30 and she said that is fine. Is this what your company has come to?! You can’t HONOR a price from an order I clearly placed on your app because it is now the next day?! You need to figure out where your values are as a company, because you just lost an amazing customer over $30. Shame on you Kohl’s for promoting Laura to Supervisor and for not being flexible when your own app is at fault. I will never shop with you again.

This store should go out of business...guess they dont take into consideration THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Order boots for my grandson so he wouldnt lose his job on a Thursday..but because i didnt order before 1 pm..they couldnt or better word wouldnt consider that as one day shipping....supposedly sent out Friday and considered mondays date as one day shipping....BOOTS NEVER ARRIVED!!! SURPRISE... WAS ON PHONE FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS...I am in est and was told to wait til end of day cst...ben k referred me to supervisor mike k who said he would finalky refund one day shipping costs because they did not arrive. Wanted me to reorder the boots for the next day arrival...not on your life...i would reorder from another company and never buy from kohls again...guess what get text tuesday boots on way..spoke with crystal about refund and snippily told me they have no control when ups delivers but did give refund but said would show in 7 days..didnt take kohls 7 days to charge me....last time kohls will get a dime!!!!!

Purchased a watch for 300.00 and found myself needing the money a week later wallet was stolen i go to return the item with receipt they wanna offer store credit so much for no hassle return customer service is a complete joke

Disgusted with Kohls and Kohls corporate refund. Brought my Dyson vacuum cleaner in to exchange it and they didn’t have any in stock so they gave me a piece of paper and it’s been over a month no word from Kohls they just took my $500 vacuum cleaner and I think that’s the end of it.

Horrid experience. Nightmare over 3 months in duration. Took a letter to the Executive in charge of customer services , several telephone calls, contact with the state consumer affairs office to reach a live person who has promised action. It will be 3 weeks until we know if this is finally resolved.
