Can't wait to stay here again! What a great concept that I wish was available in more cities. All the comforts of home in a modern luxury hotel feel. Incredibly clean, quiet, friendly staff, and very secure building. Great location in downtown Milwaukee, we walked everywhere.

Loved this hidden gem hotel nestled in the best area of Milwaukee. The rooms had cozy character and felt luxurious. It felt like an Airbnb experience with the kitchen and common areas on each floor. Nespresso coffee was available as well as breakfast croissants at all times. 12/10 experience and can’t wait to stay there again.

I was a guest here back in December of 2023. Had the worst possible experience the weekend of my wedding.One day into the stay (which I had booked a 2 night stay) they called to ask for a security deposit which is odd considering previous to booking they should’ve notified me there’s a security deposit fee (they didn’t). Then told me they would return my deposit within 48 hours. I now have waited over 2 months for MY security deposit.I was so upset with the first night I experience so I booked another Airbnb to stay the second night because I felt so uncomfortable.I then called January 2nd for a security deposit. Nothing in response. Called a second time someone said they would write me a check and mail it (never did). I then called the front desk, her name was Lola, which I spoke to multiple times, and she said so many things were broken. Which is insane considering someone had already written me a check (so I thought.)On top of that, I have videos and pictures of my stay just in case this place decided to pull something, which they did.So then a manager called me and stated “nothing was broken.” Very odd that now 3 of the staff members have different stories. She had stated that she would have the owner call me. Guess what? Never did.Then she stated that I didn’t receive the security deposit because chairs were moved. Keep in mind it’s a common area so people are aught to sit down and move a chair.With that being said, horrible place to stay because you can’t sit down and if you move a chair or breathe a little too hard in this establishment they keep your security deposit.Worst experience the day of my wedding and if anyone decides to stay here please be sure to not move a chair.Still waiting on the owner to call by the way… almost 3 months later.(P.S I put one star, only because no stars wasn’t an option)….I see someone responded, doesn’t look like 17 people. So unprofessional. I have pictures to prove it and documents. You and your staff get on the same page and then you can respond :)

Stunning hotel for your wedding and family to stay and gather for the weekend! The décor was amazing for pictures, the space was perfect for the big bridal party. The rooms themselves are absolutely beautiful, and the entire building is full of so many unique touches. As a photographer I loved that the girls and guys had their own spaces/rooms, but also could gather out in the common spaces. This worked PERFECTLY for the morning of the wedding! The rooftop has an amazing view for your ceremony or a first look.

Best hotel stay ever! But please don’t go there because I want availability whenever I travel to Milwaukee! Not a typical hotel experience… more like coming home…Thank you, KINN, for making my birthday extra special! Loved it♥️

I stayed here with my almost 2 year old for a quick trip in the king suite. The room and the shared living spaces were absolutely beautiful and also completely accessible. I really appreciated the little details like having cereal, tea, yogurt for free in the common area. It made a big difference with a toddler in case he needed something small to eat. There was one staff person that was very kind and helped me carry my bag up since I had a stroller etc. and the woman at valet was great. the person who I believe was the owner also introduced himself. It was just one block to public market. It felt like a special trip and I’m already planning to do an annual trip while staying at Kinn. The only down side was I requested a play crib as it said when booking they may have one available but when I arrived there was not one in the room. This ended up being fine and I’ll still plan to stay in the future.Rooms: Rooms were beautiful and very up to dateWalkability: Public market was one block awayNoteworthy details: The shared space had snacks and tea that was very convenient
