This is a review for the overall bank, not just his location. I wish they would stop renaming every couple years (rebranding to avoid their history?) and focus on providing better service, products and competitive pricing. It used to be a respected community bank, but has become somthing else entirely. I'll probably continue to bank here until I stop being lazy and moving to a better financial institution.

I like the bank in general, but they should close this branch. There is no parking and our mayor, trolley Tom, has made it even worse with his train. They also do not have a coin counting machine which is a major inconvenience if you work for a business that deals with cash.
