We did some work for John and he refused to pay us the balance of what's owed to us. We started the work at the business after another company pulled out. John never paid as agreed per our contract. Always an excuse, and once we were near completion he started using language that suggested he wasn't going to pay and hiding behind the glass. Once the job was completed we asked for payment, he refused. Have followed up with him for payment, no response. We told him we were going to sue him, and he taunted us. Do not do any work for this man, he will not pay you!

I went in with the intention of buying a gold chain and the lady there was rude! She didn’t care about trying to sell me anything! Didn’t speak to me just followed me around the store. I ended up going somewhere else and found a beautiful chain!

The lady they have at the counter is rude as ever. I recently had an earring stem and my ring resized. I sent my fiance to pickup with my id, even though we both had been in the store multiple times. She wouldn't let my fiance pickup with my id. I then asked if she could video chat so she could see me with the receipt she said no. I will never bring another piece of jewelry to that establishment ever. Rude and full of it. Never again!!!
