My experience was horrible. From the moment that I walked in, Lisa was rude with a nasty attitude. She was very unprofessional. She hung up in my face due to me not wanting the deal and refused to let me speak with anyone else. So, I showed up at the location to speak to someone over her. When she saw me, she asked why I was there. Long story short, this situation ended with her calling the police and stating that I was threatening her but never mentioned that she asked her co-worker for her gun; so that, she could shoot me. I never threatened her or was even in reach of her. I have never experience disrespect and unprofessionalism like this before.

Didn't buy a car here or anything, but my motorcycle was overheating and had a coolant leak issue as I was riding past here. Even though the service dept was closed, the sales dept got ahold of the service team and got me some tools to help me fix the issue I was having. It was much appreciated, and I'm glad people like this still exist! Little did they know, I was on the way to my brother's wedding, so if I had gotten stuck in the road, it would've been a mess. Thanks guys!

They are amazing and very collaborative.
They helped me to get the approval with 0% APR after I got rejected from other dealer with no reason. But John Amato made a recommendation to my file, and finally, I got the approval .
Also, I want to thank the whole team there from sales, accounting, and technicians .
I want to mention what happened when I want to pick up the car. The car wasn't ready pickup they have to finish the inspection process. They told me to pick up any car from the showroom and get back to my home. Then, once my car is ready , they will deliver it to my address 100 miles away from the showroom with 0$ cost. I think there is no dealer makes a courtesy like them.
Finally, thanks to the staff, they finished checking up within 2 hours and gave me the car on the same day

Very nice people until you have a problem....then no one wants to talk to you by phone or email. Just not professional at all! Good service is hard to find....I don't think John Amato would appreciate this service at all!!!

It would be most helpful if there were coupons to help with the expenses as Bringing my vehicle back to the ones I trust is not inexpensive
