Just got a new Palisade and it's a very nice SUV. The wife and kid'o love it. Sam Othman was Great at seeing to what we wanted in the SUV and was very helpful from finding the vehicle to closing the sale. He also spend as much time as we needed going over all the new features be for we left the dealership.

They’re absolute swindlers they don’t reveal the truth they’ll take your down payment process it and then send you back for the loan and won’t reveal your interest rate after they have done everything and there’s no chance of backing out their garbage

I made an appointment weeks ago to replace a broken door handle. Gave make model year and paint color. I came and they wasted an hour of my time with "inspection." Paid $150 for them to tell me that my door handle was broken and that they would have to order parts for it. Why not tell me up front? I assumed the would have had the parts since I was asked even for the car's color. I told them I was doing this just before moving to make moving easier. If I was just going to waste the time and money why not have the courtesy to inform me? Absolute rip off.

Shelley in service always does a fantastic job. I have bought 2 vehicles from Amato and have always had Shelley as my service writer she tells me what needs to be done and is always prompt about getting my car in on time and back out so I can continue on with my day!

I take my car in for recalls Amato disables my alarm system and break my remote. I pull up everything is working I get a phone call my alarm won’t turn off. Store manager proceeds to tell me my car alarm was broke when I came in. I can’t even ride around without an alarm because the car will be stolen and if the alarm was broken and going off the service guy wouldn’t have taken the car. The first thing he said when he touched my car was they wouldn’t be able to install the update because I have a factory alarm. If my car windows weren’t busted from multiple theft attempts I wouldn’t have to purchase an alarm. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with this place. So you mess up my alarm system because you can’t get the money from Hyundai for the repair. I go in for for a simple recall for a fuse and some rust coating and you break my alarm system. These people are some complete crooks and pry on women.

A big shoutout to Rick the shuttle driver at Amato Hyundai. He will go above and beyond his duties. The other day(yesterday 05/07/2024) he brought back my cellphone under pouring rain. It was a pleasure riding with him.
