I love this place my original furniture I got didn’t fit in my apartment so I had to take it all back to Jb’s he let me pick another section and gave me free delivery thank you for that and I appreciate it too ? just finish paying off my furniture didn’t take me long at all and this whole process was just amazing thank you I will definitely be shopping with Jb again ?❤️

The staff was friendly and answered every question that I had even the ones that seem obvious they were very accommodating and I appreciate that they did not just get me in and get me out. I spent hours at the store talking to them and picking out the furniture that was best for my home.

The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.
