Wonderful, service. Abbie and Dan were both very knowledgeable and patient while filing my taxes. They made the experience enjoyable and I will be filing with Jackson Tax again in coming years!

I had my taxes done here in the past by Gary who is very nice and sufficient. Came back this year, waited an hour past my appointment time and was seen by Dan who basically told us we had to come back because they were running behind and my taxes were too complicated because we owned a duplex. Was also were told it was going to be almost double what we paid last year. Very rude, unorganized and unprofessional. Will never be going back again. Save yourself the time and money!

Previous owners sold business to different people. Same building location, aesthetic, etc... The two employees I worked with yesterday were great. Very helpful!!!!! Did a great job, and they are pleasant to work with. I only began using their services last year. Even though there is new management I will continue to go here.

For at least a decade we have had Carol complete our forms. She has been accurate, helpful, and friendly. Her fees are reasonable too.
