so far I'm happy with the service here. I have a 2016 Mini Clubman that needed some service before an extended service warranty ran out. They recommended service that I hadn't considered and it was all done for free. However, I just had a break light fixed a little over a week ago and it is not working again.

Service department did not follow up or even reply to calls for a month. Another dealer's service department accomplished job within 4 business days.

I purchased my mini used 18 months ago. I called for service and was scheduled quickly. Customer service was fabulous. I was kept informed of the process of service the entire time I was there. They suggested some free software updates, did a complete inspection and did not try to upsell me with service I did not want or need. In a time where most service is below par, they are a true gem!!

Fantastic service experience! My check engine light came on my MINI while on my way home from work on Monday & was able to schedule an appointment right away for Tuesday morning. Tim and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They even sent me a text with a video link of them taking a look at my car & were flexible with a shuttle service. I will definitely be back in the future.

I took my F56 John Cooper Works Mini in to get the windshield washer reservoir and pump replaced towards the end of summer last year. After retaking possession on the vehicle I started noticing things one at a time wrong. The first thing I noticed was missing plastic grommets that the mechanic had clearly lost under the hood…. I thought “no big deal”. Then a few days later I noticed that a few of the plastic pieces under the hood hadn’t even been put back in the proper place. Then a friend pointed out that there were dents in the hood that hadn’t been there previously. After some time I noticed that there were scratches forming on the headlight on one side where the hood was rubbing when I closed it. I wasn’t sure what would be the cause until I realized that the mechanic had taken the hood off to replace the windshield washer pump or hoses, and had not take the time to re-align it when they put it back on. There are now scratches where the hood meets the quarter panel as well from the hood not being aligned. I never would have thought such a “high end dealer” and service center would take such awful care of their customers cars. I hope no one else’s car gets treated the way they treated mine.

Would give them 6 stars if i could. Hands down my BEST car buying experience in my 35 years of car buying. And I don't really like shopping for cars. These group made it fun from start to finish. And I am definitely enjoying my new MINI.I also note that I have consistently had a fantastic experience at this auto dealership. Ten years ago, I shopped around all over the Madison, Milwaukee, Fox River Valley and metro-Chicago dealers to get myself a MINI. I had the BEST experience, hands down, at International. Garland McIntosh, now sales manager, took great care of me.Fast forward 10 years, time for a new 2022 MINI. Again I call around, this time my sales rep was Nate Hansen. Went out of his way to help me find a GREAT deal on a brand new 2022. Very positive experience from beginning to end. Nate took care of me as a customer, not just trying to find a way to sell me the most expensive car - but actually helping me get the car I wanted. This dealership treated me so well from beginning to end.Tip of the hat to Keith Dabbs for ensuring I got lowest loan rate possible.HIGHLY recommend. I am not a frequent reviewer (have I ever?) but this was too good of an experience, not to take the time to say thanks to these folks.

Definitely one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I’ve purchased over 10+ cars from multiple dealerships and this was by far my best experience. Rory was a great salesman, he was honest and efficient, he was relaxed and not pushy at all. His communication was great, the paperwork process was simple, the finance manager was awesome, the service department was polite. Everyone had a great personality, nobody swarmed you, they got me into the car I wanted with what I had, they offered me more for my trade in than any other dealership. I would return again and again for service or sales.

March 19th 2021 I had an appointment with Heather at International Mini to view a car that I was interested in. Turns out it was exactly what I wanted. So we started the paperwork. During the paperwork process we were asked if we could come back the next day to finish the paperwork because there was no one there for financing. Uhm no. I SCHEDULED an appointment to look at a car and the dealership assumed it would not make a sale or I would be okay with coming back the next day to get the car?? So they had Ethan from Audi to help out with the sale paperwork. Turns out the price we (us and Heather) agreed on for the car wasn't accurate and it was actually going to be a little more and we respectfully declined. Ethan did what he had to do and saved us a little more. He got to work. We had a check from our bank that we were approved for to pay for the car and the dealership (above Ethan) said they could take it but we couldn't have the car until the check cleared so we needed to finance through them. We did as I was completely done with being there. I didn't make an appointment and drive all the way there to not leave with a car and have to come back later. We are military and our HOR is Arkansas so that's where we are registering the mini. They didn't have any problems adding up all those fees and collecting them while agreeing to get that information submitted on our behalf. We were given a 30 day paper license and sent on our way. Yay! We had to fill out some paperwork (for registration) and send it back to the dealer/Ethan so we took care of that. We heard nothing from Heather or anyone else about the status of the registration. Someone should know something right? April 23rd Ethan got back to me about a voicemail I left him as I had not heard anything from the dealer about the registration and I had reached out to the DMV multiple times with them saying they have no record of anything. Ethan then stated that the titling company had left "notes" for them that stated they need a copy of property tax assessment, orders, and the financing info. I promptly got that to him. Now my temp license has expired and there is "nothing they can do about it." May 6th I had no further communication from Ethan, still no record at the DMV so I emailed yet again. Ethan promptly told me that "they"(whoever they are?) received the documents that I sent to Ethan days earlier, and are sending the paperwork to the DMV tomorrow. Mind you- I have expired temp license on My car that I cannot drive...Still they couldn't do anything about the plate as they are "only allowed to issue one temp license plate in the state on Wisconsin." By May 18th that was enough. My wife called, absolutely fed up and spoke with Heather. Heather stated she had no clue all this was going on but that it is her priority to make sure we were happy with the sale and there wasn't any issues.. but did she ever reach out after the purchase to ask about it? NOPE. After the heated one way discussion Heather said she would make it her point to go check on the status because we were her customers... well she came back with news that the title company and DMV are arguing about wording because one thing says Mini and something else says BMW... over my head- I don't get it because you would think that the DMV has had someone buy a Mini before. Still Heather let her know there is nothing they can do about the temp License plate because it's Wisconsin law. My wife had to go online and do her own google search to see in fact they were wrong and another temp plate could be issued. She promptly called and told heather the exact form that needed to be filled out. Heather reached out a little later with a temp license plate for 90 days... imagine that. She said she had no clue and neither did anyone else they all just KNEW they could only give 1 temp plate for 30 days. HOW EMBARRASSING FOR THEM. That says a lot.... It is now June 19th 2021. It's been almost 3 months and we have no updates yet but the D

What an absolute waste of time. Go in to see an M2. Wasn't done with certification or safety so looked it over with the sales rep, then put together some numbers pending the safety came back fine. They said to do a purchase contract and credit app to get the ball rolling. I told them ok. Then to do $1000 down to hold vehicle. Fine no problem. They said they will contact me before they head home and let me know if I was approved for the certified rate of 3.9% because I made it a point I would not buy vehicle if not. I get a text saying "You are approved through *** financial with no hesitations. ". To which I respond "Badass at 3.9 for 72mo?". I receive "yes". I call and check up following day, not done issue with certification due to modifcations. Ok fine. They said they would correct it or figure out if it would be certifiable. Call again the next day and it is ready. Come stop in it is all certified (mind you I don't think that's possible on a modified vehicle), so I am excited and leave work to head in. Upon getting there they show me the car is all cleaned and they're ready to take me back to finance. Soon as I sit down for finance I'm told my payment is more than $100/mo higher than I was originally quoted. Also that my interest rate is multiple percentage points higher. .. hmmm interesting. Here's the issue, I've worked in the automotive world for 10 years. I've owned personally over 25 cars. I'm fairly certain it is illegal to falsify a used vehicle certification and also it is against wisconsin consumer protection laws to blatantly lie to customers. So I will see how this plays out since everything is in writing

Was treated very nicely was introduced to a nice sitting lounge to work while they worked on my car, offered beverages and snacks. They want to make sure you have a great experience having your car serviced. We were on the mini side, they also have BMW ,Mercedes, and Alfa Romeo
