Incredibly helpful staff through the entire process of replacing our phone system. Matt was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. I work for Lisbon Storm Screen & Door, anyone who has been to our shop knows how busy it can be. Throughout the day we deal with customers in person & on the phones (Frequently both at a time). Phones are a very significant portion of our business as we use them to communicate with eachother around our warehouse and help others on the line. Our old system was a disaster and required unessacary amounts of manual labor, we had poor audio quality and frequent call drops due to operational errors. One salesman at our company refered us to Intellicom who he knew of via word of mouth. Being a small family owned business, we understand it is not always the largest fish who consistently provide the best quality. Intellicom came out to our business a grand total of 2 times during setup, one time to inspect our situation and the other to implement the new system. The transfer was almost flawless and had us up and running in around 3 hours. The new system which was reccomended to us works tremendously as well as streamlining our sales process, its fast, intuitive and resourceful.One morning we had an issue with not being able to hear others calling in to our store, I decided to contact Matt immediatly (the one who setup the system) in hopes he could resolve this. Within 2 hours he had driven to our store on a holiday and resolved the issue which didn't even involve the hardware they provided to us. Personally I have worked with Todd & Michele in the office, both wonderful individuals who assisted me promptly.I would be thrilled to refer anyone to this company!Respectfully,M.J Wilhelm
