My recent stay was just fine in terms of location, shuttle service and room and food and overall cleanliness. I've stay at dozens of Hyatts across this country. By far and away, the poorest front desk service and attention to customers and attention to details I've ever experienced. It was Super 8, Motel 6 level of effort from the front desk across two days. Hopefully an outlier, but just a heads up. Other options exist if front desk efforts are important to those looking for a place to stay.

Very friendly front desk area.
Only negative was NO NFL network channel.

Great free shuttle to and from MKE- just call them and they come within minutes to the shuttle pick up point right outside airport. Hotel is clean and well cared for. Room is comfortable and very low outside noise (typical AC noise). Breakfast is very well stocked with food and even has real plates. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Great location, close to airport. Very clean and tidy rooms. The complimentary breakfast was really good and fresh. Gym is very well maintained. They provide free shuttle to and from airport and the amtrak station, both of which are really close.

Me and my family were harassed! The hotel manager GEORGE came to our room and told us it was time to check out and my response was that we're in the middle of packing our things to leave now. GEORGE responds and says you have to leave right now as if we were supposed to just drop what we were doing and just leave without having anything together so I responded and said once we're all packed and ready we'll leave as quickly as we can. I close my room door to continue packing while my family finishes dressing. GEORGE uses his key and bust through the door,yells and say leave now .mind you, my family is still dressing and no one gave him permission to come in.then on top of that charged us a late fee...so if GEORGE was going to charge us a fee for checking out late then why did GEORGE feel the need to bust in our room, invade our privacy and harrass us ?if we were that much of a problem then he could have called the authorities! But to harrass someone and bust into a room with little girls changing is very unacceptable! I requested a refund and he refuses but this won't be the end until this hotel resolves the matter!
ALSO front desk told us breakfast was from 6-10am but really breakfast was over at 9:15 and when asked for pancakes they provided they responded and said they weren't making anymore because breakfast was over...mind you it was 9:15 NOT 10:00.JUST A SHAME!

Well, it was such a shame, to say the least. The air conditioner didn’t work well at all, smelled musty, and the shower handle didn’t work and so we had to tighten it to get it to work!! It is a shame that our favorite hotel brand really needs to update this location or get rid of it. Also, informed front desk and it appeared they gave zero thoughts about it.

Customer service here is very unprofessional, the employees are not understanding and the manager is condescending and cannot receive feedback without taking offense. They beat around the bush and when we tried to contact the manager, patiently called back waiting for an opportunity to speak with him, after so long being unable to reach him, stating that my mother would have to come down and address him personally when she stated she rather not since it was a personal matter. There was blood on a pillow case when my mother checked in but didn’t notice until the 2nd day, when she brought it up to their attention management blamed her for it, meaning they don’t do a through job cleaning the rooms let alone not changing the pillow cases is unsanitary. They also locked her out prior to her late check out, she couldn’t get into her room where all her stuff was ready. The manager left before the situation was handled and they removed her items from the room. The entire situation could’ve been handled more professionally and they need to make a better effort of keeping the rooms sanitary

If you are looking for a place that's out of the way and quite this is the place
There is nothing within walking distance. Hopefully you have a vehicle to get there.
Im.tiredcof every where I go I get the same song and dance about we were totally sold out the night before so we have no rooms. Get the cleaning staff in at 7 am or before there are lots of people that leave in the middle of night or have early morning flights. Start with those rooms. Seems like they were very disorganized they allegedly put my business partner in the wrong room.

Stopped by here for a quick overnight before an early night. Great rooms and great service! Also highly recommend the shuttle service. Prompt and fast upon return! Took us right to our car after our late night flight.
