Called and made an appointment, owner was there when I got there. Signed an agreement and I had my unit. Very nice place, security cameras, nice lighting at night and is clean. I would recommend.

Horrible customer service. I was treated so disrespectfully and yelled at. I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone.

I reserved a 5'X5' on their website and received multiple emails saying that my unit is ready and all I need to do is show up with a state ID and money for the unit. When I get there the gate is locked. I called the phone number and they said that they don't have any units available at Humboldt. When I said that I received multiple emails saying that my unit was confirmed they didn't respond. No apology. Long story short don't waste your time. I wish I could give them zero stars since they have zero customer service.
