I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel, and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier.Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, and the food was fresh and tasty.Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Airport was excellent. The outstanding service at the front desk, combined with the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, made for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I want to say this was a great experience. Yesenia was absolutely amazing! She treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. I was there for one night with my grandsons for a fun night away from home. We forgot our toothbrushes and she was very understanding and gave us 2 complimentary ones with toothpaste and mouthwash. Made sure we had enough towels for four of us. During the storm we blew a fuse and Von and I think Yvonne was her name took care of it this morning. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool are was very clean. We did a late checkout and the were very accommodating. I just want to thank the staff for a great experience! We will definitely back!

I have lived in Milwaukee for almost 10 years, so I have not had to use a hotel here, but my wife organized an event for the first time here in the meeting room everything was excellent from the logistics, the staff and the location and above all the ease of downloading class material and comfort of space.

It took at least 20! minutes to check in.Only one elevator, so took awhile to get to assigned floor.Not enough chairs at pool. Refrigerator in room was tuned off so water leaked everywhere when we opened to use it and had to use our bathroom towels to clean up.Popcorn left in pull out couch. Very loud people until very late at night both inside and outside of hotel; so both parents used noise video on you tube.Pictures are deceiving on his new/nice hotel is. Luckily we could open window for fresh air to get rid of overpowering air freshener.

From the moment I checked in, I noticed the immaculate condition of the premises, which spoke volumes about the team’s dedication to excellence.What truly set Nita apart was her remarkable attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction. She ensured that my needs were met promptly and followed up to confirm that everything was to my liking. I witnessed her manage the housekeeping staff effectively while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor, which is commendable.It’s rare to find someone who not only excels in their operational duties but also elevates the guest’s experience with their interpersonal skills. I went their the first weekend in January 2024, it snowed then the weather dropped to the negatives, so the pool water was a little cold, pool environment would have been great but there was alot of people staying at the hotel who shouldn't be allowed to stay at the hotel, they were acting ignorant, and if you told them something? It was like the worst thing ever cause they would complain and cry, enough saidRooms: Great awesome bedsNearby activities: You can drive to a kwik tripFood & drinks: Drinks you can buy at hotel

Location was okay for what we needed and offered a kiddie pool. Hot tub was overtaken with young kids much of the time, despite the signs stating age limitations. Also, too many chemicals probably added to pool (or not enough) because we all got rashes from using the pool and hot tub.Every staff member I encountered was accommodating, professional and kind. The breakfast area was spotless and they offered good food. Also, I appreciated the daily variety of choices. The grandkids had fun making their own pancakes.Our room was damp smelling, so we had to leave the A/C fan running continuously to give it circulation for the entire time we were there. This fan running all the time gave us all sore throats. No fan or ventilation in our bathroom, which added to the dampness.Thank your staff for keeping customers happy with their service and commitment to the guests, but do something about the room air quality and updating the carpeting in rooms.

Loved staying here! Rooms were clean! Everything was perfect from management to staff! Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub really hit the spot. Front desk supervisor and the girl he was training were so welcoming. Recommended great restaurants! Definitely would stay here again!

Mark and Kristin were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and we had a great time. Will definitely come back again. Room was clean. Pool was nice And the 2 staff we interacted with was Profesional friendly and smiley

As a Diamond Elite member, I was dissatisfied with the service and the room provided during my stay. I had made reservations weeks in advance and specifically requested connecting rooms on the first floor. However, upon check-in, I was informed that the hotel did not have any available connecting rooms. Instead, they offered me one room on the first floor and another on the second floor. This was impossible for me as I was traveling with my children. Later, they informed me that they found connecting rooms on the second floor, but upon reaching there, I noticed that the rooms were not actually connecting. When I called the staff to voice my concern, they told me there was nothing they could do except to offer me points as compensation.Upon doing a thorough review of my rooms, I noticed stains in the carpets, curtains, and bedding of room 2008 and room 2010. The lampshade was torn, and the beds were sunken in. When I informed the staff, they offered me points as compensation, but no one came to check or clean the room. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other funds to stay at another hotel.The next day, my kids went to the pool and were in the pool all day until someone told them to get out because they didn't have wristbands, which were not given to us during check-in.Finally, a young man who saw me having trouble with the room situation the day before remembered me and gave me the wristbands for my children. However, this was not the only problem. Many guests did not have control over their children, who ran up and down the hallways throughout the night, screaming, knocking on doors, and being generally disruptive. This made it very difficult for my children to sleep, and our overall experience was very unpleasant.In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
