I made a reservation on July 12th, 2024, the next opening wasn’t until July 24th, 2024. I arrive at Hertz on July 24th (today) only to be told no cars are available.

I wasn't going to post because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, not posting my experience would be a disservice to others looking for a place to rent.
IF YOU CAN RENT ANYWHERE ELSE, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This is has been the worst professional renting service facility i have ever experienced.
She will never answer the phone because they are short staffed. The car I rented had a flat tire within 3 hours of renting. There was no way to reach her.
When I went to return the car, the lot of LOCKED during working hours. There was no way to get in
I had to wait until some other random person came by for something else and could unlock. If he had not come back I would have been fined hundreds of dollars and it would not have been my fault.
Since returning my car on July 4th they decided to charge me $46 on July 8, 9, and 10th for nothing. And she won't answer the phone so I have to actually drive down there. They make things sul so be sure to video everything (like I did).
Wild wild West. That's what this place is. Don't recommend it. At all! I'm stilling being charged for nothing! Illegal! Getting a lawyer involved if it does not stop soon

Staffing was, is and has not been: professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. It’s apparent Hertz staff willfully, intentionally and negligently harm Uber drivers, the Uber brand, Uber shareholders, and Uber as a company, Hertz counter staff will charge your credit card weekly and collect the money; however, they do not apply the monetary payments to your Hertz rental agreement. When I called customer service, they counted up all of my payments and said the payments add up to the amount of the invoices; however, they could not explain why the payments weren’t applied nor where the money went. It appears they are violating IRS laws on reporting revenue as income and Wisconsin’s law on reporting income and sales tax. They keep an extremely limited number of cars for the Uber program and when they run out, staff will refer you to rent and drive with Lyft. When they send you out for routine vehicle maintenance, they will attempt to charge your credit card the cost of the maintenance on their vehicle. As a driver for Uber and as an Uber shareholder, but for these actions by the Hertz counter staff, I (and other drivers and Uber shareholders), would not have been harmed.

They Stole money from me I rented for uber and paid weekly they repoed the car (when I paid) I let them take the car and they charged me 1200 dollars fraudulently even though I reported damaged to the car (which they said wasnt my fault) anyway thieves Stay away from hertz at all cost

Mary and Chris was told I was Suspended.from rental a car when I check they told I was not suspended chirs told a lie to me I was in accident on 3/13/24 I was out ofcar from3/13/24 though 3/18/24 keep call them been told out of cars when I ask for District manager's phone the way they gave me the run around. So they need keep uber drivers on road they do not care

Poor customer service. I was just on the phone with a representative and she had a really bad attitude, didn’t really wanted to help me outside of what I was calling about, Google says they’re open at 8:00am I’ve been calling since 8am and no one answered the phone until now someone answering the phone at 9:20 am. The lady hung up the phone on me as I was in the midst of talking. Very unprofessional

Unfriendly and inconsiderate staff. They don't take all credit cards and failed to disclose that when I was booking the reservation.
