Would 100% recommend!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because I had a package. Honestly, I have not had the best experience at Chrysler in Glendale & Brookfield so I was a bit reluctant. To my surprise, I was warmly greeted by Johnnie while I was able to express my concern about the mechanics I’ve dealt with at Chrysler. Johnnie assured me that the mechanics here would take extra care of my vehicle and they did. Eric provided the utmost customer service and explained to me the thorough inspection done on my car. Both gentleman were respectful to me while providing fantastic customer service. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

It's sad to see how corporate employees get. I think starting my conversation with the S&R guy made it more dumb for me. I shouldn't think my years of being their customer would be so short changed. Loosen up a bit. Or just pretend you don't look like a liability robot man. Make someone feel like they owe Griffin's Hub for you sticking your neck out and doing something literally simple. It would have even been free advertisement. I didn't think a plastic license plate that says Griffin's was so weird or hard. Dealer plates are made of a material that costs barely nothing and the land fill can't break it down. So it's a win win. I thought I could at least hear him say why? Employees shouldn't be this robotic and quick to push people away. I'm sorry you all. I'm sure it's a great company but wow. I gave your company business and a 5 star and now I agree with this review. I wish I could have had a picture of his face as I come walking up a little after closing, ya. Why did I think my long time dealer would be my first place to go?
When your employees know you are an old customer but they are literally not worried about the future and job security. Then I understand why he didn't say thanks for being our customer or anything when I left. I would worry if I worked there and needed it to be my career. I'm a nice guy too.

Saw a car online at Griffin’s Hub yesterday and called to see if the car was still there. Jack Fischer got the car ready for me to test drive and showed me all the features. I came in with the goal to trade in my car for something bigger and better. Jack made this whole experience so easy, he was so personable and patient. Usually when I get into any dealership I get annoyed at how pushy the sales employees are and Jack was so opposite of that. He went above and beyond for me! I ended up trading my Jeep and getting the Jeep I wanted yesterday. Pricing was fair for the new Jeep and the trade in value of my old Jeep. My experience was outstanding, the vibes were chill throughout the dealership, everyone was so kind. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Jack!

Woody and the service department were an amazing help to get my Pacifica radio fixed. We had a short window before our vacation and to our pleasant surprise, they were able to get everything running smoothly in time! We will certainly be back for any of our Chrysler needs!

I give both Andy and Joe high praise! My experience buying my new Jeep Compass was stellar! A 10+ for sure. I felt comfortable through the whole process because of their kindness and knowledge. Andy was very patient with me and my many questions. He never showed any disinterest and was so great about explaining all the features. Joe was full of smiles and made me feel special because I purchased many Jeeps from them since the 1990s. They are great assets to Griffin Hub! I drive away happy in my new Jeep!

I want to like this dealer for service and the people are always friendly, but I keep making appointments (which can be up to three weeks out) and somehow they never remember. More than once I’ve gotten the confused “do you remember who you talked to?” Long lead times, no loaner cars, service never done when promised, all super frustrating.

Virgil and the entire team at Griffin’s Hub were professional in every way possible. Virgil’s attention to the finer details - like keeping me informed on his day off during the selection/purchase process - is what truly sets him and the Griffin Hub team apart. My ex-spouse had previously purchased a vehicle from Griffin’s Hub in the past, and recommended the dealership to me. The manner in which Virgil went out of his way to make me feel like I was a part of a larger family, as opposed to just a “number,” separates him from all sales representatives at other dealerships. Virgil is a blessing and, if you visit him at Griffin’s Hub when considering purchasing a vehicle, you will feel just as blessed as I do.

I love love love my new Jeep Renegade it was definitely worth the price and runs so well, I have no complaints at all..!!!! Also the sales person was very nice and helpful thanks to him I took home something beautiful.
