Horrible experience, rude bus drivers, bathroom on the bus was nasty, and didn't have any tissue. The bus station workers were rude and were no help to me.

Someone needs to tell the Wisconsin AG's office about price gouging with these vending machines.$7 for a sandwich that was all bread.$5 for a 12oz energy drink.Or maybe that is Biden's fault, not the bus company... who can tell anymore?

I have come in and out of this station many times to visit family, and my experience here has always been great. But today, when I arrived at 12:56 and my 12:55 bus was pulling away, the woman attending at the counter completely surprised me by saying, after mentioning she made the announcement several times, that she would help me change my ticket free of charge. It turned a stressful afternoon completely around - yes, I will be arriving at 1:30 AM in Minneapolis, but that's a heck of a lot better than buying a new ticket for tomorrow when I have to work.Some of the best customer service I've received at Greyhound ever (and I've ridden a lot). Thank you again!!!!

BAD!!! Departure should have been at 12:45 and did not leave until after 2. Got nickel and dimed for things that were NOT in the baggage rules the watched while the driver POCKETED MY MONEY. Drop off should have been GREEN BAY but instead we got dropped off in the middle of a construction area in DE PERE where the driver turned to me and asked if he could buy my scooter. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt very unsafe and will never travel via Greyhound again.

Do not park in the lot next to the bus station and train station. 19 cars broken into this week, mine included. They only hired security today, but only 8 hours a day.

It's a nice place, I just don't know why they don't build more bus stops around the whole state of Wisconsin,it would be nice to have the bus service for everyone!

I booked a bus from Milwaukee to Appleton thru Amtrak which is located next door. The Amtrak agent who was pleasant, told me to ask the greyhound which gate to take my bus to Appleton. So, I did and the black female agent went off. He told me no Amtrak agent told you to ask me anything. Greyhound employs low class, il mannered people. I have seen this before. I will never use Greyhound.

They are garbage!!!, and left my friend with a on her second cancer diagnosis, and my godson stranded in Chicago. After canceling in Milwaukee the day before, taking her to Chicago next day, then cancelling her trip to Michigan to visit her dad for Christmas. They offered no accommodation or refund, and they rescheduled for the next day knowing they had nowhere to go that night. My godson is prediabetic with high cholesterol as well. I had to drive from Milwaukee to the Chicago bus station, then to Michigan instead of having her calling me crying again. I will Never take or recommend Greyhound to Anyone!!

About what you would expect from a bus station, especially on the weekend. Facilities weren't great, but if you got to go you got to go. I was hoping there would be more outlet areas like the airport, but that's wishful thinking. Wasn't bad for the wait, but could always be better, the receptionist were pretty good though, so that was a plus.

I've seen numerous Greyhound Stations across the country?...but not alot of them looks as MODERN and CHIC✨️as the Milwaukee Greyhound/Amtrack Station. Overall, I've had pretty good experiences with the customer service from the front desk and the bus drivers. No complaints there. I especially like the menu selection of the restaurant inside the station. I highly recommend the burgers?...you will not be disappointed.? The vending machines has something for everyone: candy??, soda?, coffee☕️ etc... You name it they have it. Last but least, the mini-mart(next to the restaurant) has a wide variety of wisconsin themed souvenirs that you have to check out.?????
