It's a lot more than just a manufacturer/industrial/business supply! The average person can find things here that helps with random household/rental properties/car issues. Very helpful staff, plus they can get that one thing you need to help you solve an issue from their enormous online store.

Awesome service! Coming from a foreign country I didn’t know all the terms for technical parts and grainier always helped me to find what I was looking for. Now, they helped me again with a return. Right part was at grainier the next day! Can’t thank them enough! See you soon

They are very helpful and probably get the item faster to you then anyone else. However, they are more expensive then others. I would also recommend calling and not relying on the website. Usually the website will say they don't have an item but sometimes they do

UPDATE: Grainger decided to give me the parts for free due to my inconvenience.............. Thank you Melbourne Fl warehouse ! this review is for Grainger Wisconsin office at 800-472-4643. I placed an urgent order on July 12 at 5:42 pm my time and 4:42 Wisconsin time. I was told by the salesman that being that it was before 5pm, it would ship today and you can pick up at the local warehouse July 13 at 10 am. Well, it did not ship and instead shipped on July 13 for pick up July 14. They also had the wrong address on record and the supervisor had to correct that also. The supervisor Tom Muss, told me that the order was placed at 5:09. My cell record shows 4:42. The salesman lied and the supervisor did not seem to care about my predicament at all. As a former purchasing agent in NY, I bought tons of stuff from Grainger and did not have this experience...at least admit your mistake Grainger...shame on you Mr Tom Muss
