Large selection of neat kites and being right by Veterans Park, makes for a perfect place to fly it.. This is also the only place I know of that sells spare parts for kites - which I have needed several times.

They were about to close when we arrived last minute and he opened back up for us. He was very helpful and informative on kites. Lovely experience.

A nice place to buy a kite and a supbar ice cream while enjoying a day at the park. Don't try to fly the kite in the store. The employees don't appreciate it plus there's never enough wind.
Gift of Wings is Milwaukee's only full service Kite and aviation store. We sell Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream and have a full kitchen! We also produce various kite festivals throughout the year. Gift of Wings is located in Veterans Park on Milwaukee's Lakefront, as well as in Franklin and Greendale WI. Always call the Veterans Park location to check hours of operation before you visit. During winter months hours are very limited and they are only open weather permitting.
