Seems like over the past year, they never have the electronics we're interested in in the store, but are advertised on their website. They have to order them, and it seems to take forever to get them. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and easy to talk about what I really want them to order for me.

This store is very unprofessional had a very hard time with them. Let me further explain. I bought a bed in 2022 of may. The bed started falling apart 2022 of September note I’m the only one sleeping on it. I was told when I bought the bed that was priced at $32 a week/Biweekly that I can purchase a warranty which was $44 with that being totaled to $72 every two weeks. As I stated the bed started falling apart 2022 of September. I called and spoke specifically to store manager Lonnie which told me that they don’t fix bed sets nor does it have a warranty. As months went on I kept calling and arguing. As of July 2023 the bed finally collapsed I’ve been arguing and arguing with them. Store manager LONNIE got rude with me and told me I have to take it for what it is. Note I paid the bed off in February which is a huge mistake. I called district manager she never calls back the 1-800 number is a joke

It was awkward when we first came in. I had to say hello to get someone to come out the back. And the manager and female came from the back. Manager walked pass as he didn't care. We asked the female for understanding on their delivery. And she was sarcastic and said she was kidding. And tried to ease the tension in the room. As we proceeded to look around. We saw a furniture set that looked like someone was unwrapping it. We liked it and sat on it. The manager says, " that's wrap up for a reason." We immediately apologized we didn't know it was going for another customer. Should have been a nice big sold sign like most furniture stores, and maybe sales associates on the floor giving guidance. I would've approached and said,"sir and ma'am I'm sorry this set is sold, we are preparing it to go out." He came off as we intentionally tried to do something wrong. While we were looking 2 other male associates came out. I was wondering how big that backroom was, and why wasn't anybody on the floor to greet us. If I didn't desperately want to get a set I would've taken our business elsewhere. I was ill and the female associate started to give the service you'd expect. But it started off all wrong. Will update after we receive our furniture. Our set had to be ordered. I hope this was just a off day. But no I wouldn't recommend this location. The manager didn't seem to care whether or not if we gave him business.

The place is very unprofessionally ran Starting with the manager he will lie to you and tell you anything I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one very bad i’ve been a customer for years but will not be returning back Very disappointing

This get it now is the best get it now I ever went to first off everybody who works there and very truthful they let you know strate up with the best attitude there customer service is on point it’s a guarantee everybody leaves out happy and I’m a witness I love them I make my payments on time or before time great job you guys
