This place has gone downhill fast. They would rather protect shoplifters and criminals, instead of customers. They let them walk out with whatever they want, fire employees for speaking out, and just raise the prices for paying customers to make up the difference. I don’t feel safe shopping here because the criminals know they can get away with what they want and nothing will be done. The few employees that actually cared and would look out for customers are no longer there……hmm wonder why, maybe because their employer (fresh thyme) doesn’t protect them. Beware if you shop here, take all valuables inside with you so your car isn’t broken into. Dont leave your purse in the cart, even for one second. No employees care enough to keep an eye out now.

Me and my daughters 11 13 and 3months where racially profiled by a Indian lady cashier here we use self check out went and ate are hot food in dinner area then as we where living with receipt in hand she comes running yelling loudly that we stealing my 11 yr old daughter shows the receipts and we didn’t get any apology’s no anything this happen Sunday oct 6 2024 do better stop harassing your AFRICAN AMERICAN SHOPPERS.

On September 25th, 2024 I was racially profiled at this location by an old European American woman who works there. I am a long time customer of this location and it’s the only grocery store I’ve been going to for the past two years. I proceeded to checkout my items in the self checkout lane and she told me she can check me out at the register and I rejected her offer. She then watched me scan EVERY item. After I purchased ALL of my items she reprinted my receipt and followed me to my car. She told me that I didn’t scan the last three items and she tried to take my bag. I pulled out my receipt and read off the three items she accused me of stealing and proved her wrong. Which I should NOT have to do especially after I left the store. So after that I took all the items that I purchased back into the store and got my $97.05 back IN CASH. That woman was mad because I chose to use the self checkout lane and it hurt her feelings so she decided to harass me and she attempted to take MY FOOD that I paid for. I will never go back to this grocery store and I’m sure that they won’t discipline her in any way.

The butcher shop is always , always out of the meat products that is on sale for that week. So one time, when we went around 8 AM, the butcher shop wasn't open yet so you can't buy that product. Then we went at 8 PM and the butcher shop is already closed. We only shop here because it's right by our house. But not shopping here anymore.
