Our stay here in Milwaukee was very nice overall! The breakfast was great and the beds and shower were very nice! The only downside is that with all the lights on in the hotel room, it is still pretty dark. There has to be an improvement on that aspect. Again, overall this hotel was very nice overall and we’ll stay again!Safety: Very safe area around the hotel. Not a high crime rate at all.

glenda is very rude .. my card declined because i didn’t transfer enough money on my card and proceeded to call me broke. and said there was a $150 deposit which me nor my girlfriend has have to pay before. then she proceed to get slick and the situation escalated. so after the situation we asked for a refund which she didn’t put in. we had to call and make sure she did it and she didn’t. glena is very unprofessional, and is a unpleasant person.

If I could give a zero, I will do it! Don’t go to this hotel unless you want to get scammed. I have call SO MANY times asking for a refund of a double charged that they made, and they don’t answer. Completely ridiculous and annoying! NEVER AGAIN! It looks like something shady is happening in this hotel!!!

This hotel is a big NO! I picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub because most of the hotels closer to my destination didn’t have hot tubs. You wouldn’t guess what happened; the hot tub was broken and dirty. The water was ice cold, grimy, had two bugs floating in it, and also didn’t smell like chlorine at all. When I went to talk to the front desk while checking out, first she didn’t even know what I was talking about, then she gave the excuse that it was just filled and takes a minute to warm up. Just ew, filled with grimy bug water? They also don’t tell you anything about the damages fee that they add to your bill. I was charged an extra 250$ for potential damages that was never figured into my bill, and hopefully I’ll get it back in 5-7 days. At least that’s the best the front desk could tell me. Just all around added a lot of stress to the trip, and the front desk didn’t have much to say to fix anything…. Not worth the price at all when there are cheaper hotels around the area!

I have stayed here for three years in a row for the WIAC swimming and diving championships. This was, by far the best experience. Glenda at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming, and very helpful! Jose was a one man show at the bar but kept up with the large volume of people wonderfully. Karen in the restaurant.. she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. No matter how busy it got, they all were fabulous!

From check in to check out the staff was top notch. Alex helped at checkin to get us in a room quickly. Glenda helped with keys several times ? Jose, Katrina and Karen were all very attentive and pleasant and chef Robert's food was great! This is our third year at the WIAC swim conference meet at this hotel and they are great! Thanks again

We checked in for our second of three holiday nights 2023. Arriving back on 12/29, a party suite above our 520 suite was loud beyond curfew. We had to relocate, after having settled into our intended home, to much inconvenience. So very disappointed!Rooms: Noisy neighbors!!!

The hotel was quiet even with multiple sports teams staying. I forgot his name, but the bartender on duty1/26/24 was fantastic.Rooms: The room was spacious and clean.
