Stopped in to ship a small item. There were two employees and 4 customers in the store waiting for service. Twenty minutes later the employees were still with the same customers. I had to find another shipping option.

Was turned away because they can’t ship two packages under the same tracking number. Never heard of this in my life. You all need to have better training wasted a good 20 minutes.

Fastest ship center in the world. Or so it feels like it. This location has very friendly staff and super fast service.. Usually in and out in under a minute

My packages as well as the packages of my neighbors keep being dumped at a locked apartment building down the street. This includes packages with perishable food. I've called about this problem at least a dozen times and it keeps happening. Incredibly unprofessional and downright unsafe.
