Customer service is terrible. They never know where shipments are and the automated system stinks. The people in the centers are at least nice, but the system the FedEx corporate has in place is bad.

Mostly unaddend, you will be waiting for a long time even before you see a employee come to the desk. The last thing they are bothered about is costumer care.....
