Went in on my lunch as I always hear it is a quick oil change. I went in few customers in front of me which was fine. When it was my turn it took at least 20min for my oil change to be done. There was a struggle getting the oil filter out of my car and then when they cleaned the writing off my window they only cleaned half of the window. Was expecting it to be a quick oil change for me to get it done on my lunch break.

I reluctantly took my VW here, as I needed an oil change - and didn't have time to do it myself.
I had to wait a while in line, but they were busy - and training a new employee - so it's not like they were just sitting around chatting.
The manager & employees seem to know what they are doing, and everyone is very friendly.
They do a good job of instilling confidence that everything is being done correctly!
