First of all, the employee who served me was so friendly and warm but it didn't make up for the food. Let the photos speak for themselves; the marketing photo compared to what I actually paid $7.40 for. Seriously, Starbucks? The coffee was hot and tasty. The panini was pathetic.

Food - N/A Ambiance - N/A Service - 1/5. Walking by clearly a few minutes before open when a group of polite women who clearly didn't even speak English as their first language tried to get the attention of the staff to see when the store opened. The staff (both) had earbuds in, maybe too much for both to do so, but after enough waving I imagine one could see put of the corner of the eye. No. I saw the young gentleman glance as the women tried to get attention and seemingly tried to turn away and avoid them. I am not sure if the guy has a problem with Hispanic travelers, doesn't like people, or truly just enjoys insulting people, but I was... Fairly shocked. Outside the required professional conduct of an airport for security reasons, I and a number of other travelers would probably have made a firmer point on mistreating people. Other reviews indicate years of problems here. While I acknowledge that most posters are either posting due to satisfaction or frustration, rather than the vast anonymous "silent happy middle," I felt compelled to leave one of my first reviews ever in the hope that somebody in Starbucks corporate notices the history and questionably ethnic-based customer treatment practices at a location with a vast international traveler customer base consisting of all ages, races, and backgrounds. Please fix your store.

Location in concourse D is rude and inept. 25 minutes to get a hot chocolate ordered from the app. When asked nicely when it would be ready employee got upset and rude. Amazingly it was next order. She forgot about it and instead of being professional was rude.

One of the baristas working here must really hate her life working at an airport! I ordered online and she was actually angry with me for asking where the drinks were, after they were supposed to be ready.... Then she said "do you see anyone else who ordered online?" How should I know lady?? It's a way to order!

This review is in reference to terminal D Starbucks. This is the most pitiful, sorry excuse for a coffee shop I have ever seen in my life. I would hate to be the person who's first experience in Milwaukee is having to patronize this store. Twice now, I have tried to get coffee and twice I have been told that they haven't prepared it or it isn't available. No, it's not that it's not available, it's that the employees are too lazy to actually do their job. My girlfriend and I ordered two chai frappes, and we were told they don't have them. That's asinine. It's coffee, some syrup, ice and thrown into a blender. Not that hard. Plus, you're paid to do it. Honestly, I feel ashamed that we even walked out of there with anything, because this store should not be supported for how downright awful it is. Customer service is bad, and how they interact with new customers is just as dumb. There were two people at the end of the line, and the cashier cut them off, telling them that they were closed. They were waiting in line as long as we had. So their time was wasted too. This staff is lazy, entitled, and do not provide a good product or do their job. I'd be a very rich man if I had a nickel for every time I said "this specific Starbucks sucks" and I've only been there twice. I know the lowest rating is one star, but I would give it zero if I could. I am a fan of literally every other store I've been to but this one is horrible. Do not stop at the terminal D Starbucks. It might be the worst Starbucks on planet Earth.

The crew was fast, polite, and extremely cordial. They made you feel welcomed and as a part. I am truly happy with their service. Next time am at the airport, will make sure to stop at this coffee shop.

As far as Starbucks inside the airport goes, I think this has been the best one I've been to. Milwaukee airport ain't too busy so there was no long line and nothing was hectic here. Possibly because the business is so slow, there was only one gal manning the place. She had to do everything herself so things were slow, but she was quick on her hands and got things moving along. She wS also super sweet - call everyone "love" until she put the order in and got her names at which point she started calling us by our names. I asked her what her name was and she said Mercedes. Very considerate, friendly, and professional. I just had a dopio, so not really sure how good she is with making other drinks, but can't imagine them being bad considering how good she is in every other aspect. Is usually don't get such nice service at "airport" Starbucks so I'm giving this place five stars!

If the TSA won't hire you because of your attitude, you work here instead.

I ordered a small Americano at the Starbucks inside the Milwaukee Airport on Monday, October 17. When the coffee cup was handed to me I knew there was something wrong and when I got to the gate I realized that the coffee was not an Americano but just some leftover coffee. I have been drinking coffee for over 50 years and can tell the difference. When the barista was making my Americano he kept looking up at me like he was doing something wrong and I finally got the answer. Starbucks is supposed to be known for their great coffee but I was handed imposter coffee by a lazy barista.

Starbucks in Concourse C, at Mitchell International Airport-Milwaukee is the most unprofessional Starbucks I've been to. They opened 12 minutes late while the line had to be rerouted because it was interfering with people going through security. The 1 person making the beverages couldn't have moved slower or cared less about her job or work ethic. The person at the register never printed the label for my order, then was defensive when the lead person asked her about it. This location is an embarrassment.

We get here for our flight, order over $52 in food and beverages, and proceed to sit in the seats at Starbucks with our family. An employee walks out of the back and says, "Just so you know, the lobby is closed." She then proceeds to flip all the chairs on top of the tables and turn the other chairs around. It is 3pm.... I do not recommend this Starbucks at all. Go elsewhere and spend your money.

Slower than conceive able. Two customers in line ahead of me. One is long gone. I've been sitting awaiting only a panini and ciabatta sandwich, no drinks, approaching 6 minutes. Though I saw the two sandwich's emerge from the convection microwave by the time my actual payment card was scanned, when I was informed my lunch would be available to my left where orders were distributed. Sin and wait. Just heard the intercom announce my flight was boarding and planned for an early departure. The foods eventually were released and I had an approx. two block stroll back to my gate. Fashionably arriving as the last, and am greeted kindly and the jetway door is slammed on my ass. Back in steerage, my dreaded worry is relieved when I'm informed that the flight is not packed so my assigned middle seat is instead a window view! As I pass the elite 1%'ers I cheerfully thank one who makes eye contact for volunteering to both die first in the event of a catastrophic failure, and generously being a possible cushion to break my impact possibly as well. She looked at me like I had no conscience. Very pale expression, and stammered something to the adjacent seated woman. I was gone before any response. Hearing again a meow, I make note that the cute kitty in a ladies backpack might be my new pet if we should be the lone survivors. Been wanting a cat.
