Terrible supposed to be open till 8-9 but closed for a break, then have the nerve to say they will be back open at 2pm, it’s now 2:30. Then they changed to sign to closed to 3pm. However they only open the door for people they know and watch their customers walk away. *they are in there just won’t unlock the door stilling company time.”

Not a good experience at all. Shelves were just about empty and because I kept putting my tablet in my inner coat pocket this big employee followed me around. Then when I asked about if they carried book bags he stared at me crazy looking at pockets without answering, even after I showed him what I had stuck in my pocket. Never want to go there again.

I went to this Family Dollar store back in June with my Mother and it was the worst experience EVER!!! If, I could've given 0 ? stars I would have! When we pulled up to the store there were (3) guys standing outside smoking & talking. One of the guys was an employee because he had on a red Polo shirt. The guys spoke to us and held the door open! I said, Thank You and Mom and I went inside. Nobody greeted us inside the store or tried to assist us. l was totally appalled when it was time to check out.....the clerk was at the register with a mirror on a box fan combing her hair!!!?What the salon is going on here? She continued to do this until my Mom asked her if SHE was READY! (to work) I asked her could she scan the storage container for a price because it wasn't listed. The clerk (who didn't have on a name tag) said, $40 something. I asked again so these containers are $40 and with an attitude with her hair standing on her head said, "That's your total!" She never told me the separate price. I had items to ring up but, she started doing her hair again! A customer behind us said, "This is ridiculous and why didn't she comb her hair at home?" That was the WORST experience of bad employee behavior that I have ever witnessed!!! I live in Illinois and I haven't experienced anything like that and there are a lot of RUDE people here! Needless, to say....my Mother and I will NEVER, EVER shop at this location again!!! WOW!!!
