They are absolutely horrible. Their evaluators have no idea how the education system works in different countries and they make their own judgement. Their course-by-course evaluations are OPINION based. They do not convert the credits from other countries correctly to US credits. For example, a 72h course should be over 4 credits in the US and they classify it as 3 US credits. It’s supposed to be 1 credit per 15h of study and they use their own system to decide how many credits your classes are worth. Their method is flawed, communication with them is difficult and they will ruin your education pursuit. From the NACES website: “ The role of NACES is to ensure that the senior evaluation staff of NACES member organizations (i.e., the persons who make evaluation decisions) has the appropriate level of experience and relevant library resources to evaluate educational credentials from other countries. ” ECE evaluators are definitely not qualified and this institution should not be backed by NACES. Don’t recommend using them.ECE your response is despicable . You did not performed the evaluation correctly.UPDATE: my transcripts were evaluated by a different NACES organization correctly.

I am very happy with ECE’s service. I recently needed a course by course evaluation done for CPA licensure in Michigan. I paid extra for their rush service and received my evaluation in less than 5 days.

I dont recommend, I sent multiple documents and they did not accept anyone of them. They didnt know what to do so they ended up sending to the college that I applied to that I partially completed high school (even though the documents say that i did). How would a college accept me with that as a comment on the evaluation report. They also didn't return the all of the documents that i sent. It is also so hard to contact them. At least put a customer service number. No types of cancelation or refunds.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to evaluate their document or certificate with any company that doesn’t have a good contact system to reach out to.That’s a big reg flag ??!

ESPOL (Ecuador). Fast service and delivery of the documents came in great condition. Once they got my documents, they returned them in less than a week and they provide you with a tracking number so you keep an eye on it. Even if I think prices are high, they are fair compared to other companies.

They are not provided an accurate evaluation, I got less credit hours of my Bachelor’s degree in international 4 years university. I had to study more to get more credit hours that was required to enroll in CPA. Not recommended!!

Very upset with the service this time. Did go through ECE in the past and they did great. All I had to do is email my original degree, pay, hear back in a couple weeks with a report. This time, they declined me first time asking for a translation, now my report is on hold again without explanation or email to follow up. Customer service has no idea of why it's on hold with evaluator asking time to come up with email to explain. But you didn't forget to ask for a payment in full upfront. Very frustrating! You have my previous report of the same college degree, I even sent you a copy and you're making a problem out of this simple evaluation process.

They don't understand how the university system works if it's not like the system in the USA, and they don't even try. The report they give is final and they are not open to discussion.They evaluated my degree as bachelor's degree with a very low GPA I tried to discuss my evaluation for 8 months ,and didn't get answer , finally i evaluated at "Validential company" and they evaluated it master's degree with 3.1 GPA .Don't waste time and money with this company

I availed the 5-day rush review for my CLS CA professional license and the overnight return delivery to me and to the LFS. I am happy that they walk the talk, every penny was worth it, they are efficient, accurate and professional as well. Highly recommended!

Ne perdez pas votre argent à payer pour le "5-Business Day Rush Service", dans mon cas ils ont fait traîner en demandant des documents qu'ils avaient déjà... à plusieurs reprises ! Délais très longs pour obtenir une réponse aux emails, voire absence totale de réponse. Au final, quand vous demandez le remboursement des frais de traitement express, on vous répond que le délai court à compter de la réception de tous les documents et que l'équipe a toute légitimité de demander quelque information complémentaire que ce soit (donc a priori aussi des éléments que vous avez déjà transmis !!) et que donc, ils estiment que le délai a été respecté !! Ils ont fini par accorder magnanimement le remboursement à titre commercial, au prétexte qu'il s'agissait d'une première commande. Le minimum aurait été d'être professionnel et de reconnaître le non respect du délai. Attitude absolument non professionnelle et détestable ! Service à fuir !!---------To follow up with your answer, you asked for documents you already had received, and used that to delay my order, and if you still think it's normal, that shows that people should definitely choose a more reliable company. I would also add that dealing with your customer service is the worst experience!
